“What a joke, horrible hotel, do not stay here”

I had to stay in this flea bag hotel because I had to visit Guanajuato on short notice on a holiday weekend. It is located 20 mins out of town in the middle of no where. The room was dirty, the sheets were nasty, I did not take my cloths off. They doble charged my card and I left early... More

Yearly our familiy returns to enjoy a familiar party The rooms are very clean and comfortables Gardens and pools are beautiful Location Staff realy kind Everything is phenomenal in this hotel

There was no record of our reservation when we arrived, staff were not welcoming or helpful. There isn't much in the way of restaurants or shops nearby and the hotel restaurant closes early evening, so eat early, go to Guanajuato or go hungry. They provide a free timetabled shuttle into Guanajuato. The room we stayed in was dark with no... More
