Fantastic experience of quality, service, gastronomy, relaxation. Rooms are hugely spacious, comfortable, with huge bathrooms, all to make the stay a memorable experience. Restaurant provides excellent food, well prepared and presented, with good and attentive service. Michel, the manager is the nicest guy to work with. Name it and he'll find it. At 6,600 ft above sea level, running up... More

Room wasn't ready. TV went out 3 times. Air Conditioning didn't get below 79 degrees. Paper thin walls lead towards being awakened several times. Food was blah. Room was nice: good bed, nice bathroom with big shower. Also cleaned nicely. Large closet with safe and fridge. I recommend not getting a room on the patio level-too noisey.

Located just a few short minutes away from the crowds in Guanajuato, GTO, Mexico is this Gem of a hotel. It's picturesque architecture, impeccable service and grand accommodation make one feel as though they have stepped back in time and staying at a grand Hacienda. In addition you'll find a wonderful outdoor pool, jacuzzi, get free Wifi and a great... More

this place is unbelievably beautiful! The staff were super friendly and the amenities are fantastic. I really enjoyed the food and the bar right next door was convenient, highly suggest it, but get a room farther from the kitchen it can get a little loud.

While this is a lovely place, it strangely lacks soul. This is perhaps due to the less than stellar service. The front desk staff is pretty clueless, and this is particularly surprising since this property is a member of Relais & Chateaux. A simple request of bus schedules, resulted in a phone call to my room announcing that my driver... More

A beautiful and elegant hotel. The staff is wonderful and friendly and will do anything for you or make any arrangement. My husband and I are totally impressed with this hotel. He wants to go back for another longer stay asap. This is an elegant old mansion from the 1800s combined with a couple of neighboring properties. Interior open courtyards... More

A beautiful, elegant, comfortable and friendly place. A treat of an experience. The restaurant chef is superb. Staff wonderfully accommodating. A bit of a walk to town but taxis are less than $4 American anywhere in town.

I was there last month with my fiancé and we really enjoyed the views, the staff, the food, the spa and the facilities, it's a great combination between classic and modern. All of the staff were there just to please us, we really felt great there and definitely we will come back.

The hotel is located close to the center of the city. It is 15-20 minute walk to the sites. The new renovations were taking place during my stay making it very annoying with all the pounding. The wood floors in the room are not appropriate for these rooms as they creak loudly as you walk on them. Water pressure is... More
