We stayed here for four days in mid-November '07 and wished we had booked longer. The staff couldn't have been more accomodating or friendly. The food was excellent and we loved the concerts in the jardin bandstand. We will certainly stay here again, and recommendit the hotel wholeheartedly to visitors to Guanajuato. more

The hotel management needs to address the sewer gas being emitted from floor drains in the bathroom, as well as the lack of friendliness and service by wait staff and desk clerks.
