Perfectly located Hostel only a few mins walk from the centre of town and in a very safe area. As soon as I entered i was greeted with a very pretty, friendly smiling face which just brightened up my day immediately. The hostel itself has a very homely and welcoming atmosphere which was refreshing coming from the huge hostels of... More

no staff on night shift which allowed for loud drunk folks to keep us awake in the middle of the night, not close to the center, expect to walk, unlike most hostels breakfast not included, not even cereal or toast, the highlight was the decorations

I originally planed to stay at the hostal for three nights, I ended up staying for three weeks because of how amazing the place was. Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds, great location and good atmosphere. The owner Gabriel is the perfect host, friendly and an amazing cook. The staff are always available to help and especially Sandra who will... More

i MUST come here to recommend this hostel which is the MOST FRIENDLY hostel i've ever stayed! This story is long, i tried to make it short. This morning, I planned to buy the bus ticket from quanahuato to mexico city, but it was cheaper if i could buy it online. and a backpacker named Jessica who also stayed here... More

I couldn't find any accomodation in Guanajuato except for this hostel which came out to be better than I expected. Although is 10 min walk from the center it was a really good hostel. Very clean, beds were comfortable, not noisy (only in the mornings because of traffic), staff is nice and internet works great! which is hard to find... More

It's a great small hostel for travelers with low budget and big expectations. We had a pleasant stay and our money worth. The only issue we found was that the room we stayed in has a window to the street and you could hear people talking late at night.

I went there for the cervantino, booked a month before and the price announced on the website was of 170 pesos. I paid the three nights with my credit card and thought everything was ready. When I arrived there they asked me to pay the other half. First I didn't get it,but then I realised that they were doubling their... More

They were very accommodating to me. It's a hostel so you have to go outside to use the toilet. And you have to go upstairs to use the showers. But it's a great price to stay in a wonderful part of a wonderful city and meet some good people, too.

This is more a hostel than a hotel.A few private rooms, but no breakfasts and only water supplied. No friendly family and room very nice but dusty. Also next to shared kitchen from where you could hear every word.A bit far from city center, but walkable.Didn't measure up to all the glowing reviews. But cheap enough.

I stayed here two nights in March 2014 and loved how close it was to the bus route, literally steps away. Also, its a walkable distance to the city center to see El Pipila, Teatro Juarez, and all the main attractions. I really wanted to write this review to say how amazingly gracious the owners were. On my last day... More
