We found this hotel to be centrally located, yet away from the hustle and hub-bub that is ongoing near the theater. While it was spotlessly clean, the carpets could be cleaner or better yet, replaced with tiles. They were repainting the lobby furniture when we left and in general sprucing up the place. This hotel appears to be run (or managed) by a local family. i had passed this hotel several times by local bus, and went in one day out of curiosity. at about $25 for a single room, it's quite nice. it has a restaurant and it seems that it caters to mexicans
