Stayed one night in this hotel. One of the main attractive is its location in the very center of the city. Although they gave us the simplest room, it was brilliant: spotless room and bathroom, surrounded by antique pieces furniture. The lobby and patio are charming and the front desk are very helpful. Our first night we stayed at the Embajadoras hotel is a terrible, old and far from the action place, we look for a better place to stay the next night and we found hosteria del frayle in the middle of all the action, staff is very friendly and helpfull, I'll recomend it to any tourist, not for a honeymoon. more

Great location, right in the center of Guanajuato. Room was excellent, big, tidy and clean. Prize was reasonable (600 pesos). I would come back if I visited Guanajuato again.
