The hotel is gorgeous, the service is fantastic (the staff is absolutely top-notch) and the onsite amenities really made our stay in Guadalajara enjoyable. There is a Starbucks and an Applebees at the hotel, but the rooms are so nice that it was difficult to leave at all! This place is expensive but you definitely get what you pay for.... more

Very bad service in reservations and the promotions they have are a lie. After staying over a week in their property we recived a call from the hotel saying they forgot to charge a night. We could not believe it. Fraud, fraud, fraud. more
