Spent one night with family of four, sharing one room. Very comfortable beds! Very friendly at the reception, free wifi, silent airco, fine shower, what else more to expect for a rate a little over MXN 1.000. Safe parking under the hotel which we considered important as we were only on our way through to the coast and didnt want... More

Terrible experience since check-in... As a family of five people with 3 kids, we were quite sure to receive two connected rooms and as a result we were offered 2 rooms in the same floor, thank God!!!, but not close. Moquette of both rooms were dirty and when I looked under the bed I even found 5pesos!!!, this means that... More

The "Camino Real" has been recently remodeled and is now the "Real Inn." The recent renovations should address some of the negative comments regarding it being dated. The rooms are contemporary, spacious, and clean. The breakfast buffet is above average, but nothing incredible. My only complaint would have been speed of service during the breakfast service. It seemed they were... More

This hotel was perfect for a week stay visiting a tradeshow at the Expo. Basic ammenities, safe, A/C, and newly remodeled room and bathroom (except for TV furniture which looked dated and worn). Common areas also look redone. Good buffet breakfast and across the street from the Expo. Please note that this is a business no frills hotel when reading... More

This is not on top of my list for service or amenities, but it is adequate for business travel and is convenient to the Expo center (across the street). The staff is attentive, and most speak a little English. as with most of my experiences in Mexico, if you try to speak a little Spanish, you will get a lot... More

Rooms are on the worn and dated side but large, clean and the beds are comfortable. An excellent value located blocks from Plaza del Sol and across the street from the Expo center. A much better fitness center than expected and breakfast was included.

The hotel itself is rather nice. Reading other posts it makes me want to remind people that it's not the Ritz-Carlton. Remember - you get what you pay for. What was unacceptable for me was the fact that the restaurant (Azulejos) had virtually no food in the breakfast-buffet line and there were no glasses to get coffee or juice. I... More

Caution! Hotwire claims this is a 4 star hotel. This is not the case. Please take note. The Hotel in General is not bad. But there was furniture missing in the room, and other amenities missing that make it a 3-3 1/2 star hotel at best!

The Camino Real Expo is virtually across the street from the Expo Guadalajara exhibition site. That is perhaps this hotel's only good quality. It looks fine from the lobby, but the picture changes when you go to your room. Both hard and soft furnishings are worn, with wooden surfaces clearly in need of refinishing. Many of the room's lighting fixtures... More
