If you plan to be out and about most of your trip, this is a great hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast. I don't recommend if you plan on staying in too much, very cramped. Tons to do around there, the entrance is slightly hidden but safe.

Amazing location and view of the city, walking distance to the majority of Guadalajara's colonial and contemporary treasures. Rooms themselves are basic but comfortable, clean and secure. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the daily breakfast was delicious. (Chilaquiles, cereal, fruit, etc.) Again, it can be a bit noisy, but comparable to any big city.

If you're a first time visitor to Guadalajara, this is the place to stay. Right in the midst of the Historic Center, you can walk to all the main points of interest. The hotel is very secure, with controlled access to each floor and to the building after 9:00 p.m. Many shops and eating establishments surround the hotel. The included... More

Ms. Graciela: We are glad to know you stayed in our hotel. Is a pleasure to read your coments and sugestions that will help other guests. Part of the service we provide is the security, we prefer to be cautious and alert. Besides having the controlled access to de main door after 21:00hrs we have a security guard giving the... More

You could not ask for a better view of the city! The hotel itself is a basic popular chain. The rooms are simple (no closets, no drawers). The personnel are incredibly friendly and helpful. This hotel has a huge turnover and with only two elevators (which the housekeeping and maintenance staffs must also use), sometimes waiting for one can be... More

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment the virtues of our hotel. Indeed we have an excellent location in front of a cathedral. Excellent location, neat and clean. Provides all your basic needs, clean bed, clean bathrooms, updated contemporary decor. It looks like an incomplete ikea display bedroom. This is a basic room, no bows and whistles however it's a bargain and centrally located.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Indeed our location is excellent being a cross from the Cathedral and the Government Palace. Our brand ONE ( by POSADAS) has the slogan ¨Just what you need¨ we focus on providing an excellent service in the economic class sector, always maintaining the standards, safety and comfort that travelers need on a trip... This morning my GF and woke up with red sores in our legs, first I thought it might have been from mosquito bites. Upon returning from a long beautiful day enjoying the town and before going out to La Chata (which I highly recomend if you are staying the historic district). My GF noticed a small Bug on the sheet... More

I stayed here for a weekend, and it was the PERFECT hotel. It is right in the middle of the Historical Center, which makes it easy to walk to basically anything in the city. Surrounded by museums, plazas, restaurants, and much city life, the hotel makes it easy to enjoy Guadalajara. Even if it's in the middle of everything, it... More

If you want to be in the Centro Histórico, you can't beat this hotel which is diagonal to the Cathedral and in front of the Palacio de Gobierno. It is quite inexpensive (aprox. US$75 a night) so don't expect much in creature comforts: rooms are small but very clean and well designed. Includes wifi and a breakfast buffet (didn't try... More

I stayed for three nights. The room is small, it was basically to rest. Small shower with great pressure and hot water. Loved the bed. We worked in the hotel meeting room. Great wifi connection. Stayed in a room away from the main street infront of it. It has a great view and balconies. Had breakfast included, fruit, yougurt and... More

I arrived at the hotel on Tuesday morning at 7am expecting that I would have to leave my bags and use my room when it is ready. It was a quiet week in town and the room was ready. They let me check in early. Was very happy until they mentioned that they would have to charge me half of... More
