Great location. Friendly staff. Rooms were super small but clean and beds were comfortable. Internet (free) was a bit troublesome. Would recommend for a short stay. Buffet breakfast was complimentary. Very quiet considering the location.

Hotel at first is a bit hard to find. We thought our Taxi had dropped us off at the wrong location. After a few seconds we realized we had to go up to the second floor for the lobby. From there staff was really helpful. Hector walked us to our room and explained everything. The room is sparse but clean.... More

Facing the Plaza de Armas, with a direct view of the Cathedral and the Palacio Gobierno, One Hoteles is wonderfully located for the visitor wanting to tour the city by foot. Our room was basic, with one queen bed, a small television, and a compact bathroom. Everything was clean. The balcony overlooked the plaza, as I believe most rooms do.... More

This hotel had a very nice view. I stayed in room 522. It's a simple room but very clean. If you are looking for a hotel to just stay in for the night. This is the right hotel for you. I stayed 3 nights and never had an issue. Woke up in the morning with good breakfast, home made mexican... More

This hotel offers the best view of the cancilleria and Jardin central, you even enjoy live concerts on the weekends and for the price you won't find anything better. The facilities are basic but extremely clean and safe, you cannot get onto the hotel at night without your key and they have security at the door. Caring staff that goes... More

I loved this Hotel. Previous reviews complain about noise and yes it's kind of noisy because it's right smack dab in front of big tourist area and Main Street. It has the basics a clean room, comfortable bed, best view of historic area. I will be staying here again. If your looking for economical and clean and not worried about... More

Hotel One is a chain: the "IKEA" of hotel chains - The rooms are uniform, tidy, clean, and provide the necessities for travel - There are no extras here - BUT - the location and view speak for itself. It is a reasonably priced, professionally run hotel that I would stay at our more high profile properties in a heartbeat... More

If you plan to be out and about most of your trip, this is a great hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast. I don't recommend if you plan on staying in too much, very cramped. Tons to do around there, the entrance is slightly hidden but safe.

Dear Arlenne: Thank you for tanking the time to leave a comment. Like you mention our hotel is located in a privileged area and having always an option to do all kinds of activities. As a curious fact we have more than 40 colonial churches in less de 4km around. Our entrance is in the middle of the main building,... More

Amazing location and view of the city, walking distance to the majority of Guadalajara's colonial and contemporary treasures. Rooms themselves are basic but comfortable, clean and secure. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the daily breakfast was delicious. (Chilaquiles, cereal, fruit, etc.) Again, it can be a bit noisy, but comparable to any big city.

If you're a first time visitor to Guadalajara, this is the place to stay. Right in the midst of the Historic Center, you can walk to all the main points of interest. The hotel is very secure, with controlled access to each floor and to the building after 9:00 p.m. Many shops and eating establishments surround the hotel. The included... More
