Stay was very comfortable. Staff in all the hotel was great, except for the restaurant. Have stayed on a few occasions, and both times, the service was slow and food was nothing exceptional for the price. Would eat out! Rooms are modernly equipped, bathrooms are very nice. Some have nice views out. Shopping center in front of hotel with a... More

It's an older hotel that has undergone renovation to a modern style. I stayed there a total of 4 weeks. The service was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were modern and clean with comfortable beds and linens. Some parts I didn't like - the wait for the elevators. The two elevator banks aren't linked so you have to push... More

The hotel is fully renovated, the rooms are really comfortable and it is well located. Room service is good but drinks at the bar are expensive for Mexican standards. More

The hotel's foyer is fairly impressive. The staff was fantastic, with excellent english skills. The rooms were a bit dated, but the bed fairly comfortable. Decent gym, decent pool/spa. The restaurant service was excellent, though the prices were a bit more than I was expecting. More

I will not go back. Here's why. I arrived and was upsold on a room with "Club" privileges. Free breakfast buffet (a little lame) and evening snacks, upgraded room for 29 dollars/night. So I said OK. They then told me that they were giving me an extra special room -#1835 - because they had run out of the room in... More

As a Guadalajara resident, I never get to stay over at local hotels. Many of my customers do and I usually recommend them the GDL Hilton. On New Year's Eve the Presidente Intercontinental offered a great deal: MXN 2,300.00 (USD 160.00) for a NYE party (two persons), including a room for the night. I have to say that our whole... More

We were offered a room in the Club Intercontinental area because it was going to be very private and not noisy. It was during Christmas holidays and my husband and I wanted to wake up late. The second night, there where maintenance people three rooms away from ours fixing a door at 8 am. I asked the person to stop... More

This is some of the best service we have ever received - always with a smile. We enjoyed a junior suite that was beautiful and newly renovated(in the last year I was told) on the Club level. We visit Guadalajara a couple of times a year and will definitely return here. There are cheaper hotels in Guadalajara(we have stayed in... More

Very well located across from plaza del sol shopping center and close to many excellent restaurants. About 15 minutes from el centro and about 20 to 25 minutes from the airport. Had a club level corner room with a beautiful view, complimentary bottled water, wifi ,continental breakfast and covered parking. Well worth the 30 dollars additional per night. Not the... More
