I recently stayed at the Fiesta Inn Guadalajara Expo and my experience in the hotel was wonderful. The rooms are ample and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel is 5min walking from the convention centre and a major commercial plaza, in which you can find almost anything. The computers at the business centre are very useful.... More

I stayed at the Fiesta Inn during a recently trip to Guadalajara for a conference. The hotel is located a short 10 minute walk from the convention center. Check inn was quick and easy. My Visa card I used at checkin was declined due to it triggering a fraud alert. Another person I was travelling with had the same thing... More

Dear Sir, thank you very much for your comments. In did, the noise coming form the outside of the hotel is an issue. To change that, this year we will change the windows and frames in each of our rooms. Windows will be DUO-VENT type. I am sure that with this actions noise will be reduced considerably. I sincerely hope... More

I travelled with my husband and son in July 2014 on holidays. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The only thing is that they don’t have drawers to keep the clothes and he closet is small for three people. It is quiet so we could rest properly. The breakfast food is more or less but if you are in a... More

Me and my soccr team stayed there for 6 days and it was pretty good everything was great, i liked everything about this hotel except for 2 things: the gym its really small and they serve everyday the same breakfast buffet with green chilaquiles, scrambled eggs and beans Other than that super friendly service that will make us comeback, thanks!

Reserved two rooms for ourselves and our friend and both were excellent. The best part about this hotel, however, was the service which was outstanding. We were greeted warmly and felt that our every need would be attended to. The warmth and genuine concern for their guests makes this a hotel that will beckon us back again many times in... More

I stayed here during Confitexpo 2012. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room is basic but will meet your needs, especially if you are traveling here on business and don't require a lot of luxury. FYI - this hotel's restaurant is not very good.

We stayed at this hotel when visiting Guadalajara for a concert at the Guadalajara Expo. Only two bloocks so perfectly walking distance and super safe to walk on that area late at night. Love the staff, facilities nice and clean, super quiet all day and all night. We had a view to a lovely park at the back yard and... More

Old, and the rooms are not exactly the cleanest, staff was not efficient on our way out, they couldn’t handle the amount of people checking out. There are way better alternatives in the area for better price, it is too expensive for what you receive. No breakfast included.

Definitely a hotel for biz travelers who need to be close to the Guadalajara Expo and who need an expensive place to sleep and have a poor shower, not a place for families at all. Value - You pay for a Ferrari and get a VW beetle. Food prices are definitely outrageous, US$15 for pancakes? The Ritz Carlton in Cancun... More

Hotel is on the outskirts of city, but was fine for me because I was attending an event at the EXPO Center, and could walk to get there. I thought it was overpriced. I tried the breakfast buffet at the restaurant and also thought it was overpriced. I have eaten far better breakfast buffets at other hotels in GDL that... More
