I stayed in this hotel as part of a group that attended a conference in Guadalajara. The stay was excellent. the green spaces around the hotel are vast and with a relaxed atmosphere. There are also two swimming pools, and one of them is heated. The rooms are neat and cleaned daily, and with good views of the green, lush... More

Visited Guadalajara for 2 days and was put in the CR - not my choice and didn't pay myself, so Can't comment on value for money, though paying extra for wi-fi seems to me excessive. Hotel is nicely laid out, low buildings set in attractive gardens. Staff friendly and efficient. Two pools, but one (heated) too small to swim in,... More

I stayed here while on a business trip - I truly enjoyed my stay here and will stay again when I'm in the area. They do all of the basics well: comfortable bed, nice bathroom, lovely terrace outside of the room, attentive service and an expansive breakfast buffet. What makes the property "just average" are challenges with the policies and... More

We had a very large group attending a wedding in Guadalajara. We had 14 rooms. The hotel did a great job accommodating the various needs of our group, and the many pools on the grounds were a great benefit for the children, who were in one area, and the adult sun bathers, who enjoyed quiet on another pool on the... I want to start off saying that I was in Guadalajara on business, so hotel price was not really a biggie for me. I had absolutely no problem throughout my ten-day stay. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Room was always clean. I accidentally left my diamond earrings out in the open in the bathroom in the morning, but upon... More

Two years after my previous visit the hotel looks and feels old in all ways, installation, service, menus, menu pricing, technolgy, etc. Gardens are lush and well kept, but other than that the hotel seems to be stuck in the past: no coffemaker in room could be fine, but 65 pesos for a cup of coffee? 120 pesos for a... My family with young children recently stayed here for 4 nights, along with some other friends. This place seemed to be about a 30 minute ride from the Guadalajara international airport. It probably isn't that far, but I noticed that there is not a great freeway system in Guadalajara and it takes forever to get anywhere. This hotel is not... More

We return to this hotel for FarmaForum experience a pharmaceutical conference held in May in this hotel…still have this two factors to judge an hotel, services and quality of the room starting at the bath…in service my opinion always is based more in the concierge services and this hotel has a great team focus in help…the room 5119 is a... Stayed there only for the weekend, the only thing that struck me from the beginning was the smell of a nearby oil factory, as the employees explained to me, and the smell gets inside the room sometimes. Also the hotel is quite old, but the service and the food available is pretty good. I think there are better options for... More

Stayed here for a week and made use of the conference room during the day. Overall the experience was neither magical nor mediocre but somewhere in between. There are some positives: Spacious grounds, good breakfast, good gym, well trained staff. Some cons: Internet connection, conference room needs some TLC, distance from city centre.
