A very nice city hotel, a little bit outside of the center of Guadalajara, but just opposite to the expo. To commute it is recommended the rent a car. Very nice property but the rooms are not well kept. Light fixtures and bathroom fixtures are broken. Hotel was very clean and up to date. Staff was very courteous and accomadating. Restaurant staff was extremely helpful in recommendations for meals. Rooms were were very clean and spacious. View was scenic in the skyline of the city especially at night.

Overall good experience. The Angus restaurant is overpriced and the food is average to poor but the rest of the hotel is very much worth the stay. The pool is very nice and a good size. The fitness center is very well equipped and clean.

Clean, spacious and great amenities. Rooms were large, good Wifi and easy check-in/check-out. I liked it better than the RIU. Two on site restaurants were decent; Angus Steakhouse was great.Above all, very safe if you decide to bring family.

Used this while visiting a show in March 2013. The Hotel is not new but well maintained. The lobby is very spacious and the breakfast restaurant is good. Serives can be sometimes a littel slow nut it was good business stay. It is not near the city centre, but is a good Hotel if your are working.
