I arrived to the hitlon and was told i had been upgraded to the executive suite (not sure why, maybe b/c of my hilton honors points). anyways i did have to wait to check in, and they stored my luggage and then couldn't find it later when i returned. they did end up finding it about 30 minutes after i... more

The room was nice and clean. There are two computers in the lobby with free internet access. The gym/spa looks very nice although we didn't use them. There is a bus stop within walking distance if you don't mind taking it downtown. It's very cheap and only costs 5 pesos. On the other hand, a Taxi costs around 50-80 pesos. more

We just returned from a fabulous stay at this hotel. The service was up to every Hilton standard. The staff did everything in its power to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone spoke English and wore a smile. They were clean, efficient and knowledgeable. The hotel is a businessman's paradise, being located across from the Expo Center. There is not much... more

I am Mexican and my husband is American. We stayed here with our teenage daughter for three days while attending a family reunion. We had travelled throughout central Mexico for @ 12 days before coming here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, with great mattresses and bedding (not always great in Mexico!), excellent air conditioning, nice... more

The hotel is so great. It has a good location around the city, but they have horrible paintings on the rooms that are so freak, scary and diabolic. I cant sleep so well and you could feel a heavy atmosphere. They have an excellent room service and also the meat restaurant in the lobby is good. more

Reserved 1 night in normal room. Room had a great bed, and beautiful view of Guadalajara. Clean room and reasonably spacious. Breakfast was included at 100 pesos extra, and was a good (not great) buffet. Check-in was very polite, courteous, and unusually efficient for Mexico. Good location, although not walkable to tourist attractions. more

Just completed my third stay at the Hilton-Guad. The location is excellent. Only a 10-minute walk (safe) to Plaza Del Sol, which is a shopping complex, in case you need to pick up something or just stretch your legs. The hotel is next door to the Expo Convention center, which is very convenient if you are going to an event... more

Due to my job, I have to visit Guadalajara very often. I have stayed at 5 of the top 10 hotels rated here, and I have to tell you that the Hilton is, by far, the best one. The service is awesome, the guys at reception, the concierge, the laundry people, all are really helpful and there to help on... more

I've been traveling to Mexico for 10 years . Hilton Guadalajara is by far the best place for Mexico standards. You cant compare the hotels with US hotel becuase frankly they are way different. However for Mexico standards this is your best bet. Ive never been sick from the food here. The rooms are clean, nice, different. Everything here is... more
