I travelled to Guadalajara for a business trip and decided to stay at the Fiesta Americana for a period of 3 nights as Riu Plaza (where i normally stays) was sold out. Big Big Big Mistake. While I can overloook the facts that it´s a very old property (which I normally do not mind) the bad experience started from the... More

Could be a little old as some other reviews mentioned, but the reality is that everything works and most important the service is excellent. Rooms as spacious and very comfortable. Restaurants are very good. Breakfast buffet is very complete with many different food to choose from. It is clean, pillows are very good and well located.

I love the location of this hotel, it's the easiest to find in Guadalajara just in front of the Minerva monument. Rooms are very spacious. Installations are very comfortable. Sadly it doesn't have a swimming pool. But the average price for the night is unbeatable for a hotel of this class. Some rooms need renovation, specially the bathrooms.

OK hotel, although a bit old. For the price, it should go under severe refurbishment. Beds are excellent and staff are very helpful. The best of this hotel is breakfast with lots of options both Mexican and International.

Location-wise it was good. Since it is located close to main avenues, it wasn´t hard to get to the places we wanted to visit (Tlaquepaque, Tequila, Ave. Chapultepec, Plaza Andares) however, if you do no have car, then it will be far and probably complicated to get to most of the touristic attractions. The hotel itself is TOO old, really... More

Great size room, enormous bed! The best pillows in the world, had a fantastic nights sleep. Dining was fantastic however my breaky was cold and very sloppy so I wouldn't recommend room servicing breakfast.

This hotel has many rooms, a little gym and a crowded breakfast area. A nicer option for excercise is provided for extra money since they are wall to wall with a sports City. The air conditioning system is too noisy in the room and there are not enough outlets near the bed area to charge your devices. A ridiculous thing... More

The staff was very accommodating and took care of me on my stay. I enjoyed everything about my stay however; I would recommend the hotel work on their breakfast for the executive floor. People travel to Mexico for authentic food not lox (cured salmon), bagels, and cut fruit. I will say the hotel accommodated my request by allowing me to... More

This hotel was the best! Our first contact was via email to the Concierge, Cecile Costa. She was very helpful to arrange for a taxi to pick us up at the airport. The driver held a very nicely printed card with our name and the hotel logo on it. He was in plain view at our baggage claim. Though this... More

I visited this hotel since I did a business trip and a conference with 40 people from my company. In general the service and logistic for the meeting hall was average since the conditioning air had not enough power or maybe was not well coordinated by the people who helped us to coordinate the event. The service at the reception... More
