I stayed at Posada Regis 9 nights so I feel like I can give a good review of it. The hotel is on the second floor of the building. There is a sign in front where the stairway from street level is located but it's not the easiest to see. All rooms are on the second floor of the building.... More

I went to Posada Regis for a 5 night stay, the hotel is perfect located in center of Guadalajara, you can go walking everywhere and there are bus stations really near. Granted we were there in June when it was 90 degrees outside, but we weren't able to sleep. The fan in the room just didn't cool us off. The Posada Regis is a great low cost option that could not be more centrally located in Guadalajara. The staff was friendly and helpful; the rooms and hotel were clean and very nice. Hotel Posada Regis is an excellent option for travelers to Guadalajara who do not need a five star hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable but rather dark and plain.
