While the courtyard and pool (although I never used it) are quite nice, and the overall property is well maintained and manicured, that's where the pro's end. First, you get killed with the exchange rate. As of today, their rate was 11/1 but the published rate is well over 14/1. I'd definitely suggest booking through a travel site rather than... More

This Holiday Inn property has a nice pool and a god breakfast buffet. It is located fairly close to downtown Cuernavaca, but is not walking distance. This means it is quiet, but you need to take a taxi to go anyplace. The staff are friendly and courteous and the hotel is well kept, clean and generally better than average for... More

Stayed for 3 nights in January. Very calm and clean. Rather small room, but with an entrance to the pool. Locals may have watched us as weird, as we were the only people swimming, however great set of pools! Good service in the hotel, but difficult to manage in english. More

Stayed for one night, without great expectations, and the hotel was a very nice surprise. It's clean, lovely, and has a friendly staff. We payed a little less than 100 US $, and feel this was good value. Not the best location - about 10 minute drive from the town's historic center, but apart from that it was a very... More

We were reluctant to book this hotel for the weekend stay at cuernavaca because we thought we wouldnt get that "mexican" feel. i mean really, a holiday inn in Mexico. I expected cheap service and mediocre rooms. They proved me wrong. I cant find a negative thing to say about it. We got room 132 which is 1st floor with... More

Suites are beautiful and spacious. The Sunday brunch is delicious and the staff very friendly. I will certainly be returning for my next trip in 2010. More

I should preface my comments by saying I did not expect much from this hotel. Therefore, when I found a clean room, well maintained, with beautiful warm pools outside, and had a margarita I was well pleased. More

We stayed here for two nights on a weekend. The hotel takes advantage of the exchange rate and you end up paying more for the room than was listed on the website in US money. I would definitely recommend buying a room through Expedia or Priceline and paying in advance. At least that way you don't end up paying more... More

The gardens are gorgeous, the pool fabulous, the rooms quite nice. (But beware of housekeeping staff -- they enter without knocking! which means you should lock your belongings away when you are not in your room). We stayed here 4 nights and easily would stay here again on our next visit. For some reason, the hotel doesn't advertise that it... More
