Stayed here with a large group for a friend's wedding - the wedding itself, on the hotel grounds, was lovely and in a very secluded spot. The room we stayed in for 3 nights, however, left a lot to be desired. We were overrun with mosquitoes in our room, and the bathroom was dirty and lacking towels. Also, only lukewarm... More

Being in Cuernavaca for business I spent several nights in this quiet and pleasant place, it is really like an oasis in a busy, full of cars, sometimes dirty, dusty city. Beautiful garden, nature, incredible sleep quality, close to the city center. The restaurant meal was of good quality but was grossly overpriced as well as the hotel price itself.... More

IF you wanna spend a quiet and nive weekend away from the city, you shoul go to this place. They have a nice spa, with really good massages and treatments. On saturday night they feature dinners on the restaurant terrace and they have live music.

Stayed here for a week, while attending a conference. It was great, and excellent value. It's in a quiet spot off the main street, about 2 miles north of the city centre. It has beautiful grounds, with gardens, a pool and a spa. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast, which is on a terrace overlooking the gardens and pool,... More

The Hotel is located close to the entrance with easy acces and sufficient parking. Neigborhood is silent, the patio is nice and the bar service with regard to cold beer is fast and friendly. But the installations are rather old and not very well maintained. The rooms are, depending on the catagory, spartanic and small and the bathroom reminded me... More

The place is a lot smaller than what the actual pictures tell. There is NO hot water in the rooms, they took 2 hours to give us access to the room because they were 'cleaning it'. The Spa is the only decent thing. For the price I'd rather go to Tepoztlan or another nearby city with better hotels.

People were very very kind, even though the reservation was processed wrong (I asked for a jr. suite and instead the travel agency booked a normal room), they managed to make a deal with another hotel and got us a very nice room and breakfast included (since they had no more rooms available there for the next 2 days). We... More

The place is nice, a lot smaller than in the pictures, nothing amazing. The huge problem is that the security is 0. I got robed and lost several belongings, besides the awful feeling of being vulnerable. Someone broke into our room (conveniently at our Tai Chi class which was booked since two days before which make me think about the... More
