A risk to sleep in this place, rest to say...there is mold all over the place and this is just the rooms, the restaurant is frankly not good. Nice service, I won't say otherwise, but the food is ugly, the portions are uneven to say the least. Beautiful gardens and apparently that's all this entire property is relying on: the... More

Lots of beautiful gardens, very peacefull to take walks, coffee and hot chocolate are delicious. At the restaurant I recomend to ask to be served by Manuel (very quick guy). Pools, nice as well, small, but nice and comfortable. Recomend this hotel at a 100% rate either for christmas or new year's celebration. Convinience stores are within walking distance. Drivers... The grounds are extensive and can be wonderful. When the river is high it's very nice to see it meandering through the grounds. The grotto swimming pool is still as fantastic as ever. The Japanese suite and the treehouse suite are showing some hardcore wear and tear. A little elbow grease would get this place back to some former glory.

In general, the hotel is in a good shape but to me its a little old. For what you pay now a days you can stay in better hotels in Cuernavaca. The garden inside the hotel are really beautiful. The hotel is not pet friendly they have a service with the pets but they didnt arrive so we had a... More

i'm visiting curenavaca on business for 2 week, I moved from the five star hotel in Pedregal (royal pedregal hotel), to this in there eyes five star complex, which feels like a 1/2 star truck stop. I found many things wrong with my room, when i complained the manager got very rude, i was offered another room with the exact... More

We didn't do a lot of research before our trip, rather just accepted our travel agent's recommendation. We visited with our two kids during the Mexican holiday weekend of November 20 and although the hotel was full, we were the only English speakers there. In terms of the staff, there was one front desk worker who did speak limited English.... More

My wife and I stayed at Jacarandas in April 2005 with our 4 teenage daughters. We stayed in one of the many family rooms around the main pool. With two double beds and two singles this was great value for money. The hotel is a little frayed but this only adds to the charm and the grounds are an oasis... More

Somewhat dingy hotel with several small swimming pools, which were very cold. The grounds were pretty, but the food was so-so and the rooms were somewhat dingy. I'd recommend staying somewhere else in Cuernavaca. There are plenty of better options.
