We spent 5 nights here and found it to be good value. It is clean. There is a breakfast included. The rooms all have balconies with a view. There is air conditioning but the breeze from the sliding doors onto the balcony is more than adequate for Cuernavaca's temps. Mattress and pillows are good and sheets clean. They change out... I went there 3 nights 14-15-16 of november and I liked it. Very central and easy to access. Very helpful people at the reception, clean room and only problem : no manual command for the Air conditioning, you must call the guard to do the changes of temperature. A taxi that deserves the hotel, M.Baldemar Guzman was honest and helpful,... More

Just as a note, I manage a hotel in the US. The location and price were great. The front desk staff was not frienly and did not seem to care about being helpful. However, Francisco was very friendly and helpful. There was also a man there by the name of David. I am not sure of what his job was,... More

The pool is gross & on a strange roof? The whole hotel is like a strange 70's maze. When we visited three was a college group there partying pretty hard so it's def not a place for kids. The only good thing about this place is the price is ok. If you have other options, take them.

I chose this hotel as it had pretty good reviews from a lot of visitors. Also the price was reasonable. I also checked the video on their site showing families visiting the place, and therefore I was surprised that it was so clearly a love hotel. Rates in the front desk showing hourly visits. Also there were painting of naked... More

The room we were given was large, clean and good value for money. It is located within a short distance of the city centre and is an easy walk. The service is excellent and the hotel has a nice pool and bar area. I would be more than happy to return to the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and was pleasantly surprised to find rooms with a good-sized jacuzzi at an affordable price. The jacuzzi wasn't up to standards of hot-tub excellence for the water temp or the jets, but it was a relaxing and romantic experience nonetheless. The hotel itself is located a few blocks from the absolute center, very much... More

Very good hotel, modern. Clean room, big and comfortable bed, hot shower. walking distance to downtown like 3 blocks (one steepy street to get there) friendly and helpful staff, rate includes light breakfast (we dindt eat there) For breakfast, recommend a little restaurant in front of cathedral. Delicious! If you book on despegar.com you get a cheaper rate

We stayed here during Semana Santa/ Easter week. It was PERFECT location, walking distance to absolutely everything. The rooms were CLEAN, big and bright. Nothing dingy about this hotel. The value was great. The pool- small and the breakfast was just some bread and coffee. But the room, definitely beyond expectations for the price we paid! I would not hesitate... More
