Great for family and friends celebrations in a beatiful garden. They provide suggestions for music such as marimba and other options. Food is good and service very attentive. Considering the amazing wather in Cuernavaca all over the year its a geat places for day celebrations.

My wife and I stayed at the property for just one night. We arrived late from visiting the city and had dinner at the hotel. It was one of our best meals in México. I had the ribs, they were fantastic. In the morning I opted for a light breakfast, but the brunch buffet looked amazing. Had a minor problem... More

Mucho ruido, no limpian las habitaciones, mala actitud de los gerentes. The worst experience in my life. Please save time and money. Luis Gutierrez manager . Elana Lugo . 2 nites no clean room. Complains and nothing happend. In a Hotel when you have bad service in all areas doesnt matter about the pretty gardens. Is just a overrated hotel... More

The hotel itself is embedded in a busy part of town, but once inside it's unbelievably peaceful and quiet. The gardens are large beautiful, with large trees and signs showing type and age of each. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, however the washrooms could use maintenance as we had to use towels to dry the water escaping the... More

It's a vey nice hotel to look at. The rooms have a mexican style and the garden iso beautifull. But the prices are too high they don't justify te service, nor the food. Nice stay but wont repeat it. I recomend going to another hotel less expensive and use the saved money for another night.

My brother got married in Jiutepec and we all stayed at Las Quintas, the website doesn't give you a hint about how beautiful this place is, it is full of art pieces and exotic plants, three pools (one was empty, they were working on it) one has warm water, excellent for little kids, the food was very, very good (a... First time in Mexico and was booked into this hotel and spa. The gardens are very well maintained. Rooms are quite dated but clean. I found the food to be not especially memorable and on the one occasion I tried to order room service no-one picked up. Which brings me to my main criticism - the hotel caters to group... More

Fairly central with nice gardens and decent restaurant. Sculptures by Victor Hugo Castaneda in and around the garden. Dinner in the open air restaurant was pretty good. Rooms are standard hotel fare. Nothing fancy but not bad.

Receptionists and staff are very RUDE, IMPOLITE AND RUBBISH! All they want "TIPS", which is the only English word they all know! Very very very disappointed by our stay because of the lack of professionalism of them and although the pool and garden were nice, I would not recommend staying there. Really not worth the money you spend staying there!

I was here on 1 23 for work relaxed weekend. The property is very well taken care of. The 100 room wing is brand new and it has nothing short of 3 stars, I rate it a 4 or even a 5 as it has room service wifi led tv coffee and mini bar. The grounds are decorated with all... More
