My brother got married in Jiutepec and we all stayed at Las Quintas, the website doesn't give you a hint about how beautiful this place is, it is full of art pieces and exotic plants, three pools (one was empty, they were working on it) one has warm water, excellent for little kids, the food was very, very good (a... First time in Mexico and was booked into this hotel and spa. The gardens are very well maintained. Rooms are quite dated but clean. I found the food to be not especially memorable and on the one occasion I tried to order room service no-one picked up. Which brings me to my main criticism - the hotel caters to group... More

Fairly central with nice gardens and decent restaurant. Sculptures by Victor Hugo Castaneda in and around the garden. Dinner in the open air restaurant was pretty good. Rooms are standard hotel fare. Nothing fancy but not bad.

Receptionists and staff are very RUDE, IMPOLITE AND RUBBISH! All they want "TIPS", which is the only English word they all know! Very very very disappointed by our stay because of the lack of professionalism of them and although the pool and garden were nice, I would not recommend staying there. Really not worth the money you spend staying there!

I was here on 1 23 for work relaxed weekend. The property is very well taken care of. The 100 room wing is brand new and it has nothing short of 3 stars, I rate it a 4 or even a 5 as it has room service wifi led tv coffee and mini bar. The grounds are decorated with all... More

I have been here for lunch, brunch and breakfast and several other occasions. Love it! The food is really good, the waiters are friendly and easy going, the place is clean as hell and the gardens are breathtaking! Totally recommend the brunch on Sundays, it's worth it and delicious!

I stayed here in 1977 over the winter vacation and the hotel has grown but is still very much the same hotel from 40 years ago. However, so was my room. Besides the outdated room the hotel was great. The hotel is so busy on the weekends with many guests from Mexico City, very busy and a bit noisy, but... More

We stayed at Las Quintas for a wedding/reception and absolutely loved it. The room and bathroom were both good sized with adequate closet space. We had room 52 which was very close to one of the salons (party rooms) but the glass wall/door did a great job in deadening the noise. We had no problem sleeping. Ordered room service one... More

I have never lodged at Las Quintas, my family goes here to enjoy the restaurant and the grounds. The gardens are lush, wonderful, and well maintained. The restaurant is pleasant with attentive service. Traditional Mexican fare is served. Overall always a nice place to visit and enjoy a leisurely lunch.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights for a quick get away from Mexico City. We are here visiting her family for the Holidays from the States. Pros: grounds are kept nicely. The food is above average. Rooms are average but clean. Cons: They charge you for everything. Just opening the mini fridge in your room = 200... More
