Well, we were making a 1 night stop in Cuernavaca in our way to Acapulco and decided to make a reservation in this hotel, which looked magnificent in hotels.com. After a lot of time spent in the streets trying to find it out, we finally did. Here it goes my opinion about this hotel: * Entrance: Dark and old. *... More

It was very difficult to find and when we finally got there, it looked like a very old hospital or something. The reception and front desk were ok, but that was the only thing ok. The building was old, dirty, smelly, the staff is unfriendly and the music in the pool was the kind of drug dealers must like. There... More

What a horrible hotel. DIRTY. They did not provide us with an iron, but offered to dryclean the shirts of my husband and his friends. They said half an hour, it took them 2 hours, we were all late to the wedding. But, we paid $35 a night, what can you expect?

We arrived in the very early morning and the 3rd shift manager said that the one reservation for the night had already shown up... without looking at the computer or double checking anything which left us looking for another hotel due to it's location far from the center of the city and the lack of professionalism. We were told that... More

First off, let me say we were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for one night and we had no reservations. The hotel is at the top of a hill in a nice, secluded residential area. You'll be fine if you're driving but too far from center if you aren't. The hotel itself is VERY dated, torn carpet, dilapidated... More

Can’t complain about the price as it was cheap, but the conditions of the hotel left me a lot to wonder. This hotel used to be a great one back in the 80's... A little run-down 20 years later.

I stayed here for five nights on a recent business trip. One of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed in. The hotel does not look like it has been redecorated within the last three decades. Grey, worn carpets throughout the hotel. The placed seemed very gloomy. You approach your room through a dimly lit corridor. The room did... More

This was honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. My wife and I were in Cuernavaca for a wedding and spent four days at Hosteria Las Quintas (a great place) before heading to Aristos Mirador. It started with our cab ride there. The hotel is essentially in the middle of no where, tucked away in a residential... More
