This hotel had a promotion for about half their posted price, so I made a reservation for it at about $57 (US). It is conveniently located for visiting the central area of Cuernavaca. It has parking, a pool, and rooms that are placed far enough back from the streets that only light traffic noise applies. The staff was nice and... More

I had stayed at this hotel about a year ago and found it to be satisfactory. I am not so pleased this year. The price seems to have increased quite a bit and the hotel would not honor the free breakfast which is clearly listed under ‘Amenities’ on the Tripadvisor web page, which I used in the booking of the... I went to cuernavaca for a wedding, quick trip. So I booked one night in this hotel because it was cheap, and I was very happy with the service provided. The owner is around all the time smiling and watching everything is going fine. The room was located at the very end of the premises in the heights of a... More

Hard to find a better downtown location with nice staff, and quiet rooms. The open air dining room looks into a beautiful tropical garden and feels really elegant. English speaking service at the front desk, and safe enough to bring my 92 year old mom with me (who was enchanted with colonial Mexico!) We have used this hotel multiple times... More

This hotel was a few blocks from the city center and the room we had, down the hill and above the gorge, was large, comfortable and quiet. Bottled water was provided although the tap water in Cuernavaca is allegedly safe to drink. We walked everywhere in town, including the large market, museums, and a local pyramid. The breakfast, included in... More

If you are not addicted to luxuries and Internet, this is a good option in Cuernavaca. It is well located (5 min walk from the city center), charming (old mexican style with flowers), small, quiet and well priced. Staff is smiling and willing to help you. Rooms are large, with just cable tv and a small safe. You can enjoy... More

Super location behind Palacio de Cortes. Quaint, older hotel. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable. Staff friendly, helpful. Pool, restaurant with limited service, patios and garden. Secured parking. We stay here whenever we want a reasonable rate, clean room, and safe place for the car, but plan to spend most of our time away from our room. We are familiar... More
