We stayed here for five nights on our arrival in Mexico this July. It was the perfect place! A short ride by local bus from the centre, it was a perfect spot to recover from the long flight from London - a comfortable room, a spacious quiet garden full of beautiful trees, and a swimming pool. The staff were all... More

This is a lovely place. Great helpful staff and even though I don't speak Spanish and most of them don't speak English they are very helpful and you get all you need. Ample yummy breakfast. Lovely decor...Mexican tiled bathrooms and floors, and hand painted motifs around the bedroom doors. They don't have a spa but for $500 pesos (~£25) you... More

The hotel lies 1,5 km from downtown Cuernavaca with approximately 50 rooms, a large garden an a couple of pools. By itself, it is a nice hotel, but with average installations. Large rooms and warm showers, not as hot as we would have liked, but warm enough. However, this is not what really matters, as the thing that impressed most... More

A comfortable retreat with well manicured grounds and a nice pool. The hotel is on the edge of town so there are not many restaurant choices within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable but it would be nice to have more electrical outlets. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is not brand new, but the staff was so accommodating and added nice touches to our stay. The rooms were clean, the grounds are well manicured and breakfast was very good. Great deal, great hotel!!!

Stayed here for a conference, beautiful gardens, wonderful food, however, we couldn't sleep well because the beds were hard as stone. The rooms could use an upgrade. It's a very nice place, but if I ever come here again ill bring an airmatress. Also felt expensive for such a bad bed.

While the rooms are very basic, they are clean with comfortable, firm beds. The bathroom is dated but, again, very clean. The hotel grounds are beautiful and relaxing with a nice pool and bar service. The breakfast that is included with the room cost is very tasty. The staff here are excellent; extremely friendly and wanting to help. There is... More

Excelllent, great landscapes and great food, breakfast included - amazing, heated pool, the staff were very kind with us, rooms very clean. the only thing we didn't enjoy that much is the fact that our beds we extremelly firm but that's it.
