Casa Chocolate is a perfect place for leisure and relaxing so if you would like to visit Cuernavaca I strongly recommend you stay there. Rooms are very clean, nice and the swimming pool as well. If you would like to enjoy breakfast this is definitely the place!! I went over there with a Canadian girl friend and we both enjoyed... more

We'll find more reasons to come back to Cuernavaca, just to stay at Casa Chocolate and visit with Christine and Cathy. And eat their scones. And breakfasts. After a June visit with a girlfriend, I brought my husband here only 3 months later. With Casa Chocolate as our home base, we visited the pyramid Xochicalco, caves Las Grutas, historic Cuernavaca,... more

Casa Chocolate is a small B&B situated on a quiet side street only 10 minutes from the center of the old town. Very convenient. The rooms are newly and very nicely furnished and very comfortable. They were spotlessly clean and well lighted with lots of nice touches. Even the soaps had a taste of chocolate! Christine and Cathy are wonderful... more

We originally planned a one-night stay only, but after have been received by Cathy and Christine and after spending some hours at Casa Chocolate we just wanted more. We stayed at Milk Chocolate suite. The suite is extremely comfortable, with a huge wardrobe, a soft sofa with many cushions, a lovely bathtub and a heavenly bed with view to the... more

My wife and I stayed at Casa Chocolate for two nights. Everything, from beginning to end, was very satisfying. Both Cathy and Christine are wonderful and they treat every guest with great hospitality. Good location, nice pool, quiet nights, beautiful garden, spotless rooms ... but breakfast takes the trophy! After indulging on a huge plate of fruit (blueberries, cherries, pineapple,... more

Let me start this review by saying that we felt right at home at Casa Chocolate. The warmth of Christine and Cathy, the comfort of our room, and the excellent home cooked breakfasts all contributed to this feeling. Our room was tastefully decorated, pristine, and very comfortable. The house had airy outside terraces, a beautiful pool and gardens as well... more

I will begin with the detractions. The biggest problem here was that the rooms lacked climate control and screens on the doors, and it was so hot and steamy at night that we had trouble getting to bed. It was, frankly, uncomfortable. With all the upgrades that the proprietors have done, it was, in my opinion, a huge oversight that... more

We (2 ladies over the age of 60) just returned from a marvelous 4-night stay at Casa Chocolate. Loved the Milk Chocolate Suite with its luxurious bathroom (soaking tub, walk-in shower, 2 sinks). Cathy and Christine were delightful hosts. They helped us arrange transportation, including 1st class bus travel from the Mexico City airport to Cuernavaca and from Cuernavaca on... more

We had a wonderful time at Casa Chocolate. Every morning the breakfast was scary great. I thought I would gain 10 pounds. Cathy and Christine are so friendly and helpful. Talking with them each day was a pleasure. Loved the pool, and would highly recommend the rooms, especially the Dark Chocalate and the bathtub inside. My only fear at posting... more

To say this place is amazing would be an understatement, everything from the beautiful garden and pool; the soft and comfortable bed; the great attention from Cathy and Christine (greatest hostesses in the known universe) to the most amazing breakfast you've ever eaten in your hole life; is beyond anything you've ever dreamed. The only bad thing is that you... more
