We stayed for 2 nights in June, 2006. We chose this hotel after reading TripAdvisor, but also because it is slightly off the main square and so likely to be quieter. The Hotel El Tarasco is in a perfect location in Uruapan, just off the main square so the noise was a non-issue and about a 15 minute walk to the Parque Nacional - a must-see for every visitor.
