Posada Citlali was clean but had at least one coachroach per day in the room. I was told there would be hot water but there wasnt. I stayed for 3 nights and each day that I asked I got a shoulder shrug and an Oh well from the cleaning staff. On the final day I mentioned it again to the mangager and she said that she hadnt heard of any problems and another shoulder shrug. There are about 30 rooms and only myself and another person staying there. I had a late bus and asked if I could check out later so I could shower after the beach and I was told no. It is normal hotel rules..but this place was dead and it wouldnt have been a big inconvienence. The manager just wasnt interested in being hospitable regarding anything. They give you one small towel a day and no washcloths. The room has a fan, a bed, a desk, a place to hang your clothes and a bathroom with shower.
