We enjoyed our stay. It was incredible! Our room (22) had a pool and a spectacular view. Our room was immaculate. The architecture is fabulous. The service and food were top notch!! They always make you feel like family. Love this place as always!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel carved into the side of a cliff overlooking Zihuatanejo Bay. Our room (#8) had a breathtaking view of the city, the bay and the Pacific Ocean. The hotel staff were wonderful and treated us like family. The food was delicious - we ate every meal at the hotel, except for lunch one day in... More

We came for our anniversary and everything exceeded our expectations. We found the facilities, the staff and the food to be exceptional. We felt pampered at all times. At every opportunity the staff looked to enhance our experience. We highly recommend if you are looking for a place to unplug and remember why you fell in love...

Beautiful hotel and accommodations, amazing room, architecture and views, but that's about it. Restauarant and overall food quality is less than mediocre, nothing inventive or special and way over priced, slow and inattentive service. The worst of all is the poor customer service demonstrated by the hotel management, defensive rather than apologetic, inability to understand and deal with the problems... More

Dear PF 80206, We have taken the time to carefully read your comments and they have certainly created concern and uncertainty. Why? Looking at our records, we have not found precise information about your stay, therefore being unable to attend the problems you mentioned, lack of attention and attitude of our management. It is a surprise as we have been... More

We stayed there for a weekend. We were given a very nice suite with a plunge pool in the adjacent building to the main hotel. This building holds around 8 rooms and include butler and Chef service. All the staff was always trying to make you feel literally at home. The only downside of this hotel is that the beach,... More

Hotel is very nice. High end, great views, great service (speed/quality). I was hoping for a more personable staff. We meet 1 male server; 1 front desk girl and 1 room cleaner who had social skills and were very pleasant to chat with, share food options/choices and just happy to help. Most staff seemed bother by requests or didn't care... More

Spent my honeymoon at this awesome hotel March 31-April 9. The food was amazing and the service was terrific! I couln't have asked for a better trip. We had a room with a pool, I highly recommend spending the extra money for it, it's worth it. This was definitely the best vacation I have ever had. The views were spectacular... More

My husband and I just returned from a lovely stay at La Casa Que Canta. I have been to many fine hotels and can not think of a negative thing to say about this one. The service is prompt and the staff is warm and friendly. Set in the Cliffs overlooking Playa del Ropa, the hotel has a magnificent view... More

Overdue review from stay in beginning of February: Just beautiful hotel and amazing view from lovely, clean and spacious room. Terrace was spectacular, with outdoor living area, loungers and wrought iron table and chairs. Very comfortable bed! Huge bathroom. Room service costs were very reasonable. Never felt like being gouged. Staff was very friendly and in particular, Irving, Laura and... More

I must start by saying we were not guests of the hotel, though we have stayed there. My husband and I always stop by Casa que Canta when we are in Zihuat for a week, typically for dinner or just a drink at sunset. Boy were we surprised when we were ushered into a small, uninspired, and unattended bar off... More
