Just returned from 6 days at this hotel. We were in the Mar building, suite 8. This was in the Grand Suite category. We were greeted at the airport by a staff member from the hotel. The view was spectacular from either the open patio or the balcony of the bedroom. We loved the different terraces where you could lounge... more

The experience of La Casa que Canta starts when you enter the grated dolphin gate and are greeted by a staff that provides you over-the-top attentive service that does not stop until you leave the beautiful cliffside resort. Because the resort is only 26 rooms—and when we stated only half of which were occupied—the staff knew our name, greeting us... more

My wife, daughter, and I just returned from Zihuatanejo and stayed at La Casa Que Canta. The hotel enjoys a very nice view from its cliffside location and provides a relatively quiet setting. There are three buildings housing the rooms of the hotel, Sol, Mar, and Luna. Luna and Mar appear to be somewhat newer and provide the types of... more

We’d last stayed at La Casa que Canta 8 years ago – it’s, fortunately, largely unchanged. They’ve added a gym (which is well outfitted – good mix of machines, weights, etc) and a couple more rooms. We stayed for a week in a Grand Terrace suite and didn’t miss having our own pool like we’d had last time. Most of... more

This hotel is a very special place. Very quiet and romantic. We split our time in Zihua between La Casa and The Tides and enjoyed both. I highly recommend this sort of split. La Casa is a bit quieter and we absolutey loved it, but it was nice to have some beach time and a little more going on at... more

We visited for our 28th aniversary. Our room was on the top floor, serviced by our own private elevator, with a plunge pool overlookng Zihuatenejo bay. From the moment we were picked up at the airport to our return we were treated to the most amazing personalized and attentive service. All of the staff seemed to know our names and... more

La Casa Que Canta was the most beautiful hotel and absolutetly perfect spot to honeymoon. The attention to every little detail was impressive- from the perfectly manicured hedges to the flower designs on our bed each night. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely nice. Our room was HUGE! definitely would recommend one with a plunge pool -... more

My husband and I just returned to the UK from 2 weeks in Mexico - one of which was spent at LCQC. We had originally booked this for just 2 nights, then moving to another hotel on the beach. We moved, only to return the same day... LCQC is fabulous if you are looking for a private, beautiful holiday. The... more

We haven't stayed at the hotel in years (we are living in London right now) but we have been there three or four times. It is our most favorite place so I must write about it. The town is (was) a bit grungy so as your driver takes you to the hotel you are wondering, "What have I gotten myself... more
