This was my first time here and first time to Puerto Vallarta. We spent most of our time around the pools as the beach chairs were usually full by 11 AM. It was easy to get towels and pool chairs with lots of pool space. There were activities all day around the pool area for people to enjoy. The staff... More

We'd stayed here over 6 years ago -- with an RCI trade both times -- so coming back with a different friend, it was like "deja vu." I recognize it. Same "Grand Suite" set-up --- 3 unit lock-off with two king rooms (both with jacuzzis on the balcony) and a studio in the middle. We were in units 286/287/288 on... More

This was my 7th week-long stay at Club Regina PV (as Raintree owner). So I must like it there. However, this trip, I had two bad experiences with a front desk clerk (Juan). Upon check-in on a Sat evening, Juan told me the only ocean view room available was on 1st floor. Asked "may I switch rooms tomorrow for a... More

One of our favourite destinations. Remember, your in Mexico! If your looking for Four Seasons level of hotel, quit now. Like I said, this is Mexico.. Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. The biggest attraction would have to be the pool areas. Very nice shade areas from the palms, a selection of different pools as well. Bus to downtown picks up... More

Well-maintained, spacious units with wonderful pool and beach area. Close to Marina restaurants and shops and only about 30 minutes by local bus from downtown, it is a great location, tranquil, but no too far from the action. The weather in PVR in November is always a dependable high of 30 and low of 20 Celsius. Helpful staff. Specials in... More

We've visited several times and are impressed with the continual upgrades to services and amenities. We're glad to see the grounds opened up again between the Westin and Regina. The pool has been converted to salt-water and the rooms are being updated. Nice kitchens with full appliances and marble tops. The small beach area has lots of palapas and there... More

9th floor, 2 bedroom 3 bath Beautiful views! 2 balconies ! Great water pressure. We were thrilled! If you are a family traveling, it will be a great choice for you. The curtains don't let in light, so a peaceful, restful night is ensured. The resort is at the end of marina area with good restaurants and spa within walking... More

This was my second stay at this location. The first was five years ago and I was sad to see how much it went downhill since my last stay. The kitchens had been redone and were nice. The bathrooms, however, looked bad. The grout is in serious need of some TLC. My shower leaked onto the floor whether it was... More

There are just a few places with traditional Puerto Vallarta architecture. This hotel is one of the best places to be on your family or couple vacation. The fresh smell of sea breeze and white cedar in the mornings make this place special plus the staff service is very good and the food is great!

Nice big and clean apartments with good maid service. Good service at the pool or beach. Nice little home made beach with large rocks to calm the waves. A bit out of the way, you can walk to the marina in 15 min and there's a grocery store and a ScotiaBank on the main road. A long way from downtown... More
