We just finished our fourth stay at Villa David and we can't imagine staying anywhere else in Puerto Vallarta. Are you looking for a fancy, all-inclusive resort, indistinguishable from any other resort? Don't stay here. Are you looking for an authentic experience in a charming villa located in an area of town where the locals live (but still incredibly convenient... More

My husband and I recently completed our second stay at Villa David. We stayed from December 31-January 8th and we can't wait to return. Villa David is pristinely clean and offers elegance, taste and class without being fussy or pretentious. The staff Adelberto, William and Adrian are so sweet, kind and welcoming and do a marvelous job at keeping you... More

I have stayed at Villa David twice. The property is in central PV. You are staying in a neighborhood and feels like you are paying to stay in a private home. The the owner, Bill calls himself a "kept housewife", and will then tell you how expensive everything is and how his partner will be "so angry when he knows... More

We stayed at Villa David 8 years ago and had an amazing stay. My husband and I went back for our honeymoon, and the place has only improved. From the moment you are greeted, you feel you are in good hands. The staff keeps this quaint B&B immaculate, the location is great, and the rooms, décor, food, and lighting offer... More

My husband and I have stayed at Villa David almost every year for the past six years, usually over the Holidays. It is a small, inviting hotel that feels more like home. We've stayed in most of the rooms and they are all very comfortable. Rooms 1 and 2 are the largest and have the best views. But you will... More

What a nice experience this was. Our host and his staff were truly just gems. The locations is within walking distance or take a cab, the equivalent of 3.50 US. The rooms are nice and breakfast is lovely. Will defiantly be planning a return visit.

I just returned from 10 days in Puerto Vallarta staying at Villa David. This was my second visit and it was even better than the first one. I stayed in a different room this time (room #6) and really liked it. All of the rooms are decorated simply and comfortably; each room has a distinct feel to it which I... More

Just got home from 10 days at Villa David, and already looking forward to my next visit. The crystal-clear (and, when necessary, heated) pool, the rooftop jacuzzi, the many comfortable lounging areas and the thoughtfully decorated rooms are all immaculately clean and beautifully cared for. The location is perfect for exploring local restaurants and galleries, and a short, interesting walk... More

I just left Villas David with a heavy heart, as I did not want to leave. The house, the staff, the guests, and the owner was everything one could want, and more! Bill, the owner, makes everyone feel welcome. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. As an example, on my first day that I... More

Really enjoyed our short stay; beautifully decorated and appointed home with a real "family" feel. Loved the off the beaten path location and terrific home-cooked breakfasts. Have to mention how clean they keep the place; rooms are always spotless. Get a wonderful massage while you are there from the in-house masseur - well worth it!
