The front desk is extremely rude. The service is AWFUL. There are only TWO RESTAURANTS TO CHOOSE FROM in their all inclusive package. The rest have been closed to lack of business. They won't tell you this in their description, even if you call. The rooms are really run down. more

Just returned from Krystal PV. We stayed in one of the private villas on an exchange with RCI. In addition to the villas there are two hotel buildings - one less than a year old - but we had no experience with the hotel rooms.
