I simply don't know where to start with this review. It has all been said before and rightly so. We have been lucky enough to have had many wonderful trips in our time together, but we have never experienced anywhere as special as this hotel. We can not find a single negative comment about the hotel or the staff, it... More

by the attentive service, you will want to come to Casa Velas. From the time you arrive at the airport, until your departure, they address your every need. This was our first stay at an all inclusive resort and we were very pleased with the high standards of this resort. This was our third visit to Puerto Vallarta in the last... More

We just returned from a week stay at Casa Velas. It was simply amazing. Casa Velas is located in North Puerto Vallarta, also known as the Marina district. This area is also located near the airport. The proximity of the airport is not an issue at all, it's a very very nice area. Less then 5 minute drive, even. The... More

If you enjoy a small, superior service, friendly staff whose main goal is to be there for you this is your resort. We enjoyed the villas as they provided that little bit of extra space and privacy. The golf at Vista Vallarta was an exttra that allowed one of us to enjoy championship courses and the other to relax at the beautiful... More

We loved every second.......Room service, dining, beach club, pool side service, gym, free hydrotherapy, Dining.....everything was great. It will be hard to go back to other larger hotels after staying here. Only wierd thing was signing for everything, basically be sure and write in the exact amount if you plan not to tip or tip with cash. Otherwise this hotels... More

We just returned from an amazing holiday at Casa Velas! From the time we arrived and were greated with cool wet towels and delicious cold hybiscus tea we knew we were in for a real treat. Throughout our stay the entire staff were friendly and seemed only to want to ensure that our every request was granted. They were truly... More

The Casa Velas is a beautiful oasis, away from noise, pressure and anything negative. All the staff is exemplary and is constantly trying to do more to make you stay enjoyable. Stephano always arranges any requested activity with aclarity. The restaurant staff in Emiliano's (Olivia, Jose Luis, Manuel, Daniel to name a few) always take great care to see that... More

This was my first trip to Mexico and the choice could not have been better. When going through the Puerto Vallarta airport you have to get through a gauntlet of sales reps trying to pull you to their booths, but just ignore them and get out of there to the area where the taxis pick you up and get your... One of the best hotels I ever stayed; the place is really beautiful and magic, and all the staff that work there should recive a prize for the way they treat their guests. It's for sure that we will be back again.

Restaurant breakfast & dinner speed of service started out well but gradually went down hill as the week progressed. By the end of the week it became too much a headache to wait 30 minutes for coffee and or Juice in the morning. And attempting to ascertain our meal check was difinately a Mexican minute or 20. Rooms are quiet... More
