Gilberto that works at the Aqua Bar was absolutely fantastic. He was always prompt to take care of our every need. Only suggestion would be more pool entertainment and nighttime entertainment. more

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon. When we arrived we felt no doubt welcomed and appreciated. I've been going to p.v. for 6 yrs....usually twice a yr. Stayed many of hotels. But since staying at Velas, we have found heaven!! What makes Velas is the atmosphere the staff create. Arrived in Puerto Vallarta at noon along with a few other planes. Immigration & customs took one hour. The immigration took the longest it was not well organized. This place was much more than I expected. When we checked in, they upgraded our room without asking (could have been a lure to the timeshare presentation..).
