This hotel has much charm, great view of the city and Banderas Bay, 10 min walk to the beach and Zona Romantica. We had room 17, with king size bed and there were about 120 steps to reach it. My husband and I along with my son and his girlfriend spent a week at this villa. it is truly amazing. The rooms are kept very clean. This review is long overdue but the staff deserves an excellent review from me. My boyfriend and I traveled to PV in March 2007. We wanted to avoid the hotel/resort zone and stayed in Old Town/Romantica zone. Casa Anita was perfect! They're located about a 10 minute walk from the beach and all rooms but one have an ocean view.... More

Looking for a vacation with noisy anamation teams,same bland food daily,weak drinks with silly swizzle sticks?Do not stay here.If you like to things by yourself-walking around the South Side,Beaches,Restaurants,or at times cooking your own dinners and enjoying cocktails on the patio as the sun sets.-all at a great price then this is the place for you.Liked [in no specific order]... I returned to Casa Anita & Corona del Mar 3 times this winter with different friends. The location of the hotel overlooks the bay and is an easy walk to town as well as the beach. The staff are very welcoming, the room was lovely and the kitchen very well equipped. We had our own private terrace which was wonderful... More
