This budget all-inclusive resort has everything this senior couple wanted and needed. Stayed Dec 7-14th. This "almost all-inclusive" means that food and beverages were not available after 10 pm. But location! The resort is immediately in front of the beautiful new pier and just off the malecon. The resort, although not new, was clean and well maintained. But the real... More

My husband and I went here on a last minute deal and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself is nothing spectacular but the staff was outstanding, the beach was great and the food and rooms were okay. If you are looking for a fancy place, this is not for you. If you are looking for decent accommodations in the heart... More

Stayed with the family and the hotel is cheap all inclusive. The rooms are a bit dated and need renovations. The service at the front desk and atbthe restaurant is great. Location is also good, at the end of the malecon, the main beach area of puerto vallarta. No entertainment in the evening, but the location allows one to walk... More

Cons: Beds = plywood and a sheet, Bathrooms = Super Creepy, roaches were a major gross out problem (it's Mexico and there are roaches everywhere, even at 5 star hotels, but c'mon...no one wants to see 30 bugs scatter when you turn on the light to pee at 3:00 AM), Very, Very Noisy (dump-trucks every morning at 5:00 AM!) Not... More

The location in Old Town Vallarta is perfect! Staff are great, but the rooms are in a serious need of upgrades! Our room had ocean view with balcony, but the bathroom was horrible. Cracked titles, poor water pressure, glad I brought flip flops to wear in the shower. The food was okay, not much of a selection.

My cousin was getting married and decided to have the wedding and guest were to stay at this hotel. The location was great, the beach was great, but the hotel was a total disappointment for the $89 per night, which all were very surprised that they jack up the prices during such a low season, but since they knew that... Economical beachfront hotel in the heart of the old town. Perfect for exploring over 100 blocks of interesting local stores, adventurous eating places, and thriving local culture; as well as for walks in both directions along the sandy beach at low tide. Central courtyard a trifle bleak, but small separate adult pool a welcome haven for those beyond their child... More

Great location in the Old Town (Romantica Zone) for bars, clubs, restaurants, cafes Always busy and safe. Three pools, one adult and one for family and one for children. All inclusive and not bad for the price.

My partner and I traveled with our best friends to Puerto Vallarta. We stayed in Junior Suites with the all-inclusive option. Below are the positives and negatives: Pros: 1) Location - The hotel is located in the heart of the Romantic Zone. This area is considered the "San Francisco of Mexico" due to the high number of gay travelers and... More
