The greeting & all staff interactions were so pleasant, welcoming. The room large enough, little balcony, right off beach. Being at the N end of Malecon, it got pretty noisy on Saturday night. Next time we may stay there during week & go more remote on weekend. Everywhere was clean. They have a really good breakfast buffet at great price.

This is not your fancy resort hotel but it is a really nice old PV hotel that's been there for many years. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very good and helpful. The location is the best in town, walk out the front door and your on the malecon. Great way to visit the many places to... More

This review is of the restaurant in the hotel lobby. I've eaten here five different times now. The all-you-can-eat brunch buffet is filled with tasty fruit, authentic Mexican and American breakfast items, a variety of soups, and always omelettes made to order with fresh vegetables and meats. Coffee readily flows, as do a variety of fresh fruit juices and milk.... More

We were last in PV 15 years ago and stayed in Nuevo Vallarta which was too far from the action. We like to explore-no all inclusives for us. Hotel Rosita is in a great location. Right downtown at the Malecon. Nothing fancy here (not even a hotel supplied blow dryer) and no fitness room but we could hear the waves... More

Been staying at the Rosita for about 15 years. Great location on the ocean (bandera bay) just where the malicon starts (walkway all the way to old town about 1 half mile) along the way are many sculptures from Sergio Bustamante. Clean rooms and pool great food and drinks poolside. Security is very good.

This hotel is a great location, clean and comfortable. The staff was always polite and helpful with whatever we needed. Restaurant was good and they had music several days during breakfast and dinner.

The customer service is horrible, the staff claim that the website has nothing to do with the hotel it self when it's clearly hotelrosita.com They refuse to honor prices online as well as the hotel . It is not the first time this has happened here at the hotel. It clearly appears to be clean but once you stay it... More

I really enjoyed the stay here at the rosita holtel. The staff was very polite and willing to help out in any way. The location was explendid since it was 1 block from el malecon. I will be traveling back to the same holtel very soon.

the original hotel in Puerto Vallarta, the Rosita is clean, pleasant decor( not comfortable but authentic) , good food, pleasant staff. convenient location( at the beginning of the boardwalk( called Malecon). Ignore the street tour hustlers and unless you want to buy a vacation package don't do any presentations. Instead go two, three ,four or more blocks up the mountain and... More
