Adults only hotel with Mexican a nice charm. Friendly staff, flat screens tv and a clean room plus comfortable bed. Coffee and pastries available 7:30a-10:30a. The hotel is Near everything, about 2 short blocks to ocean. Have stayed before and every time we come back our price gets lower. They give you a bracelet on arrival and asked to show... More

We stayed at another property then discovered this jewel. Had no idea it was an adults only property. We viewed a balcony room and decided this was the place for us. It's not luxury but certainly comfortable. The room was bright, very Mexican and had a large balcony overlooking the cobble stone street. Large room with queen bed, even basic... More

We typically spend a couple of nights in the Romantic Zone before heading to a condo at Playas Gemelas and decided to try Casa Dona Susana for it's location and because it's adult only. It was as expected...older but quaint, clean and comfortable, good A/C, helpful and friendly staff. We had a balcony suite but didn't use it except to... More

I loved this hotel! The accommodations could not be beat. We had a nice room on the main floor which had a fridge, and there was a self-serve coffee service by the front desk which had GREAT coffee. They were helpful at the desk. When I pointed out some dirt on the shower curtain, it was quickly replaced .It was... More

This is a charming, nice and clean hotel in the middle of the old Vallarta, near malecon, stores, restaurants, bus stops, etc. and you can even walk to downtown. The front rooms have a balcony from where you can enjoy views of street and ocean. Guests are allowed to use the pools on any of the two other sister hotels... More

Hubby and I were there again the last week of February and the first week of March and as always, we loved it. This hotel has the best workers and they all go out of their way to be attentive and helpful. The waiters, bartenders, front desk people, the cleaning ladies and the bell boys are the best ever. We... More

This hotel is within three hotels: Casa Dona Susana, Playa Los Arcos and Los Arcos Suites. Stay at one, play at three. We always stay at Playa but love the rooftop pool over at Casa Dona Susana! It's an adults only hotel with a Mexican feel and the staff are very friendly. The rooftop pool is just perfect to take... More

We were very unhappy with our stay at Casa Dona Susana. The room had a terrible mold smell when you went in and in the morning it was so noisy. We couldn't even sleep. They said no kids allowed because it is very quit. That is incorrect it was very noisy I will never stay there again!!!!!!!!
