I really loved staying at this hotel. Its more of an apartment as it has a kitchen and lounge area, as well as a separate bathroom which was all very spacious, clean and comfortable. The people that work there are awesome and were so friendly and welcoming. They even let me check in early without any issues as I was... More

Stayed here at this totally basic but clean hotel from Dec. 26 to Jan. 1st. Pros: - clean (no bugs, critters); good daily clean up - friendly staff (only one English speaking staff) - phenomenal view: outstanding view of the entire Bay - plenty of free drinking water from large plastic bottle - relatively good value - a $5.00 USD... We recently stayed at this hotel and I must say what a disappointment. They certainly mis-advertise how great it is.. The place was gross. First to be on the 6th floor and no elevator should have been my first clue. Then the broken windows in our room (to keep the bugs out) was a joke. Half of the light bulbs... More

We were looking for a place to go for a couple of days where everything is close by and bang this was a great place for the what we were looking for. We wanted a kitchenette and this had a nice one on the third floor for us. The view was a million bucks one of the best that I... More

We absolutely loved this place! I will start by saying it’s not a resort, through the years of traveling we prefer not to stay in chain hotels, we are more adventurous and interested in having unique experiences and this is the place to do it! We stayed in a junior suite on the top floor (6th). I would recommend staying... More

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. I cannot believe the horrible level of service. The hotel was practically empty of guests during what is a very busy season and I know why! I booked a last minute, 4-day getaway to Puerto Vallarta and found this "deal" online. I knew it wouldn't be a four or... More

Decent hotel with outside pool and decent rooms. The room we stayed in had its own kitchenette and a balcony which was def a plus. One of the downsides of the room was the key to the room. We had to jiggle the key a certain way to get into the room. That was inconvenient. Also there's no AC. The... More

If you are looking for an "authentic" Mexican getaway, this place is great! Simple decor, beautiful views, cozy studio-apartment like rooms and friendly staff. I arrived to find no one in the shaded, tile lobby and the pool wide open. Walked around, waited... waited... finally a man came and signed me in, no ID or credit card check, just my... More

This is a great older hotel in town. Up on the hill, great views and nice pool. Barry and his wife are the owners, they were great any help I needed they were there. There is a restaurant on the top floors that is awesome. The food was great and the service top rated. The only thing is to remember... More
