Walked in w/no reservations-not a problem. Got a corner room on 4th floor that fit my price range. Had a balcony with total view of the beach and the beautiful pier, excellent AC, great king bed, Was called a small room, but for 1 person was plenty. This really is the best location in PV. Service was great & friendly,... More

We got a really good rate on a weekly rental of a suite. Upon check-in, my partner forgot his wallet at the front counter. The guy that checked us in immediately brought it to our room. We were on the ground floor, which was more convenient for access, but not quite the view of the ocean as the upper levels.... More

I have been coming her for years and this is the first time I have been treated so poorly. Love location but hard to sleep in a mold filled room. Air conditioning rusted . Next year somewhere else with are 10 other friends and family!

Perfect choice for a relaxing week on a spectacularly beautiful beach. Great restaurant right out front; clean comfortable suite overlooking the beach; old town right behind & malecon just a short stroll down the beach. If you're not interested in all-inclusive/ Americanized resorts, Emperador is a great choice.

My wife and I spent two weeks here and loved it! Great beds, clean rooms and private patios that had a small kitchen. We saw dolphins daily while sipping coffee on our balcony and enjoying the view of the new pier. We will be back text year!

This was a fabulous little hotel. While it was older and less modern, it was kept VERY CLEAN. Our room was AMAZING on the 3rd floor with a huge balcony that overlooked the beach. The bed was much more comfortable than what it looked. There was a nice table and chairs on the balcony was well as an outdoor kitchen.... More

We stayed at two hotels on our first trip to PV, this was the first one. We were greeted and things stared rough, we booked a room with a single king (or queen) sized bed and we were told that it wasn't available and we had to stay in a 2-bed room. Since we were tired and just wanted a... More

We decided on a non-all inclusive stay this trip. We chose this hotel for its location and the fact that it's on the beach. We had a room with a living area. A mid-size rusty fridge was in the living area too. Our deck had a kitchen table with chairs (all old - would've been nice to have a patio... More

we stayed in rooms on city side--a tiny dark room with two small hard beds with one pillow and a sheet---lots of street noise---no blankets and one towel--we asked to upgrade to a better room -- was told we had to wait until satuday and could upgrade for more money --we waited until satuday then was told the room was... Stayed here two weeks feb ,14; fourth time staying here. Been coming to PV for 30+ years and have stayed all over. Hotel zone, marina, and zona romantico. This simple hotel hugging the beach is my favorite. Constant improvements are welcome. Best rooms are the standard suites, they have outdoor living spaces ( so much bigger than a balcony) with...
