Casa Dona Susana is the smallest of the three sister hotels that comprise the Los Arcos resort. It is an adults only, boutique hotel that has beautiful Spanish tiling and mosaics for decoration. There's a rooftop pool with a lovely view of the city (and without children it's free from foreign substances-yay!) where my friends and I hung out.
Every morning I got up and went to the beach-side restaurant that's a part of Los Arcos (can't remember the name) and really enjoyed eating and watching the water.
The location of the hotel was perfect-- I was only a couple of blocks from all the main points in the city. My friends stayed in a very nice, very expensive hotel on the north side of the cove and had to pay $10 one way for cab rides to downtown. The one night I needed a ride back to my hotel from downtown it cost me $4 total.
