Mid Nov-2009 visit,OK for healthy adults ONLY, difficult if you have young kids, very high steep stair climbing, the highway entry, is a litle scary to walk on, no sidewalks!You have to walk very close to fast running buses and taxis!, The view is truly spectacular.It is very quiet,& secure, there is NO reception desk, gardeners and housekeeping is around... more

Ok first let me say we are not fancy people, we like to camp in a tent. But we did this on exchange and were expecting it to be nice. So here are the cons, there is a manager who is hard to get a hold of, and if you call for him you will most likely get a family... more

Just returned from Villa 5...first trip to these Villas was 1992 and been returning each year that I can. In reponse to a previous review...the word rehab means something different in the U.S. than in Mexico. The property next door where the rehab sign is posted is owned by someone else. While just there I watched them start to rehabilitate... more

We just returned yesterday from a family trip from Puerto Vallarta with our two young children. We exchange for a week at the Villas Mediterraneas in Puerto Vallarta.
