My first trip to Mazatlan to visit my relatives that winter there. I chose the Inn because of the price and was pleasantly suprised by the beauty. Friends that had rented a condo for a month suggested I also stay at the Inn because it's the only hotel in that area with a heated pool which is somewhat needed in... More

When we get to the door of the hotel, staff members come out and welcome us by name..We go once a year, but the staff nearly always remembers us and is like family. The hotel is lovely with one of the best setting for the sunset in the area. The rooms are clean and pretty. Yes, people are asked to... More

This property is primarily timeshare oriented but they do offer normal nightly rates and accomodations. Sadly you get "hit up" to attend a scheduled presentation immediately after registration... before you even get to your room. That promised "free welcome breakfast or lunch" consequently turns into a fairly aggressive presentation to BUY from a salesman...at least ours did with a guy... More

2nd time at the Inn, best staff in Mazatlan, best sunsets ever, good location, a safe place to be. To bad Mazatlan/Mexico has been given a bad rap, can you go out after dark in your home town and feel safe ? The City is a little rough around the edges but the Inn makes up for it. No pressure... Time share high rise. Very friendly staff, clean, good location. Vacancy is down, as tourist numbers are very low. Good restaurant on location, nice beach, excellent for shopping and other restaurants. More

Just returned from The Inn at Mazatlan and had a great time. Always felt safe at the Inn, the staff was there to answer your questions and you felt they kept an eye on who was coming and going out of their hotel. Started out in a Jr. Suite untll they found our reservation and we were moved to a... More

We have been traveling to MZT off-and-on for 40 years. It's not worse, in fact with the redevelopment of the centro historico area and Plaza Machado, it's better! Great food (We especially liked Mary's for breakfast & lunch.), wonderful weather, and one of the best beaches anywhere. It's a shame the negative publicity has affected them to the degree it... The INN at Mazatlan is our "home away from home" for winter vacations. My wife and I spend 2 - 3 weeks each year in this wonderful place. Before proceeding, please know that the INN is not perfect, but it supplies the needs we have for a wonderful holiday - security, a friendly helpful staff, close proximity to good restaurants,... We've come here the first part of February three years in a row now. My favorite thing about The Inn, is the employees. Whatever you need or whatever question you have they help you and look out for you. Yes, service can be slow at the restaurant, but hey, you are in Mexico and on vacation...relax. But the food is...
