I have been an owner at The Inn since the early 90's and still (in 2012) can hardly wait to return several times a year. Manual and Rafael greet you and welcome you "home", checkin is a breeze and always exciting to get your key to go to "your" room. I own several places at The Inn. My first unit... More

The rooms were pretty basic but very nice, the service was what I will always remember. Specific individuals who were super nice. I did have some things go missing from my room at one point, though I didn't let it affect the trip since I'm a bit of a forgetful person. The food in the area was easily the best... More

We were at the Inn from march 10th through the 18th, (week 10). This was our second time at the Inn at Maz. We love everything about it. We stayed on the 11th floor, of which gave way to a beautiful view. The staff at the Inn are top notch. From the moment our taxi arrives,to the minute we leave... More

We live in Mazatlan, but were purchased a two night stay at a charity auction. We chose to purchase this because the Inn at Mazatlan was our vacation home for many many years. It was great to be back home again. Parts of the hotel are looking a little tired, but still charming and wonderful. The pool service is outstanding... More

When our family stayed at the Inn at Mazatlan March 3-10, 2012 we were asked for a credit card at check-in, signed it, and the clerk put it in a non-secured file at the front desk. After returning home, three of the six in our group learned that their credit card numbers were stolen, most likely a duplicate card was... More

We had a wonderful trip to the Inn at Mazatlan. Our family has gone there for many years and love this quaint little place. The staff was wonderful as usual and the food is much better with their new chef. However, after we got home we found that most of our family that stayed at the hotel had our credit... More

Due to the people (both staff & guests), this is truly like coming home! They recently hired a new General Manager, and from what I've seen and heard, things are only going to keep getting better. There is also a new head chef, and the restaurant changes are very welcomed. They were in the process of "re-staging" the lobby area... More
