A few blocks from the main plaza (not the zocalo) with restaurants and shows, a block from the long malecon and ocean - that I enjoyed even in December; I didn't feel under-towed and the waves were reasonable. Hosts were helpful whenever you needed a piece of information. All rooms are very beautiful with Mexican decoration - the web site... More

Let me preface this by first of all stating that I don't always care for B&B's...I don't really eat a big breakfast and I don't like the overly fussy-doily ridden-like you are staying at some distant super particular relative's house quality they can have, however, I'm getting to the age let's say that I like some comforts and I always... If you are looking for a quality property to eat in or stay at in Mazatlan's historic district, this is it! The owners are American, and live in the property and keep it neat as a pin. The restaurant/bar (Macaw's) is in the front of the hotel on the street and is the centerpiece of the B&B. Food is very... More

I just can’t say enough good things about Casa de Leyendas B&B, and their own Macaws Bar and Café. Right in the heart of Centro Historico, and just a half block from one of the prettiest beaches in Mazatlan, Casa de Leyendas has the perfect location. Sharon and Glenn Sorrie are two of the most delightful people you will ever... More

I've recommended Casa de Leyendas many times to my friends as well as those who have come down to take my Monotype Workshop - everyone loves it! It is a gorgeous renovated historical home with plenty of Mexican charm -and beautifully decorated. There are plenty of places to hang out - from the rooftop terraces to the interior patio -... More

Glen and Sharon are the two friendliest and gracious hosts that you will find anywhere. They have the Casa maintained to a first class level. It is always tough to leave after spending time here, You are treated like family. The location is great, walking distance to old town and several of the best restaurants in Mazatlan. You can also... You MUST stay at the gorgeous Casa De Leyendas when you visit Mazatlan! My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and it was definitely the BEST decision we could have ever made. The Casa is located in the most quintessential location - in the middle of the historic district minutes from the ocean, the plaza, live... More

We have travelled to many parts of the world, and we still feel that Casa De Leyendas is the best we have ever stayed in! Glenn and Sharon make you feel so welcome, that we feel like we are going home each time we return. It is in an excellent location right by the ocean, and also within walking distance... More

We had come in from a 12 hour bus ride and spent the prior night at a cheezy hotel on the waterfront. We wanted to get the heck out of Mazaltan, but our ferry wasn't leaving until Monday. After looking at several iffy places, I happened upon Casa de Leyendas because it was just across the street from a little... More
