Our last pit stop on our way to Puerto Vallarta .... After 7 days on the road from Canada it was nice to reach the coast and this ocean front room with a balcony off the main drag was what I wanted to see! Pretty busy spot but the staff were friendly and helpful with local knowledge. Didn't use the... More

We passed through Mazatlan after a long day traveling. The staff were warm and welcoming, and let us swim when we arrived, even though we were late coming in! Nice view from the "new section" rooms- highly recommend going for the updated rooms... don't want to imagine how the old section is.

Friendly staff, great location. You most be able to speak Spanish to communicate with anyone there. I asked them to remove the lock that the install behind the bathroom door because is dangerous. I got a dip cut on my elbow while brushing my teeth. Is not far from the aquarium, old Mazatlan and must of restaurant, the price of... More

This is a 3-Star Hotel with a good location, but nothing else. Amenities are poorly preserved. This place urgently needs maintenance, despite the strong effort of staff (nothing to complain about the service). Decent for a low budget trip, but lacks of the entire experience of such a lovely place as Mazatlan. The SPA is as equally poor as the... More

Very nice and clean hotel, the staff is great, the breakfast is very good and their Tequila Sunrise and Gin and Tonic great. They charge for the coffee that they have in the rooms as well as for the water bottles. Other than that we had a great time.

Date of our stay March 25th, 2015. The hotel is clean and maintained but simple in design and amenities. We were charged $74 USD per night, which is expensive for the quality of the hotel and what they are offering. In Mazatlan, this hotel is over priced for what it is and its location. If you can get this hotel... More

I received a very good value for 65$. The lobby and staff clean and attractive, but all Spanish.lish skills marginal. Tips expected. Room clean, nice. Noisy outside due to Beach traffic could easily solved by window change. Oh well!! TV had good channels, but all Spanish language.the taxi driver who recomended the place was a nice man, he was on... I recently was booked into the Olas Atls Hotel in Mazatlan. I was there on business with a group for a week and basically needed a simply reasonable place to sleep and eat. Upon arrival the hotel, pool, and rooms were definately smaller than made to appear in the web pictures. But too be fair many hotels awalys look better... More
