booked three days 23rd-26th...they took money out of my account the 18th. due to change in my girlfriend's plan, we had to change our mind and cancel (she is still not back in Mazatlan)..called them as soon as I found out so they could re-book. Today is 27th, still not back in my bank account, sent my second e-mail moments...
