It's a great place to stay, the rooms are nicely decorated and with all amenities. The staff are friendly and there is a restaurant at the hotel. The easiest and nicest way to reach the hotel is by water taxi, it takes 10 minutes and costs 15 pesos per person to get to Stone Island (including luggage) From the disembarking... More

OK, take it from me and book your next vacation in Mazatlan NOT in Mazatlan but on the tranquil, laidback beach of the Isla de la Piedra at the newly renovated Maria Coral Hotel! Spend lazy days on the beach in front of the hotel or avail yourselves of the only swimming pool on the island and try one of their... More

Maria Coral is a quaint hotel with amazing views from the ocean to the beautiful sunsets. The price was so affordable for such luxury and the staff and service we received was beyond a 5 star rating. The food we had was just wonderful and the price was just as perfect as the entrees we had; chefs Pancho and Joel... More

Maria Coral is a very nice little hotel on stone island next to the city of Mazatlan. The food is great and service excellent. There are only 20 rooms in this 3 story hotel so even when it is full you don't have crowds. Being located on stone island it is very low key. If you want nightlife you can... More

Beautifull beach with atv rentals for $400 mxn/hour. Very comfortable beds. cons: no wifi upstairs, the hotel needs some cosmetic updates, the pool was very small and alot of sand/dirt around... Maria Coral is a pleasant clean place with friendly staff. Our room #378 looked out over the Pacific Ocean. Restaurant downstairs has real brewed coffee, not instant like the other beach restaurants. Our only mild complaint is the water temperature in the shower fluctuated constantly. However, the killer view from our room certainly made up for that small inconvenience. We... More

The hotel is directly on the beach and the ocean is great. The rooms have ocean view. The service in the hotel is really great and the staff is helpful and nice. The restaurant in the hotel "Los Delfines" is really good (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there). The beach is clean and you can walk kilometers, if you... More

This is about the only hotel on the Isla de Piedra, Stone Island, just south of Mazatlan. It was clean and nice. Call 20 min before you want a hot bath in the jetted tub and the WiFi is better form the RV park next door (code 9876543210). Dirt roads all the the way, but a $.50 water taxi to... More
