My husband and I stayed at the Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay July 2010. Our trip was amazing. When you first arrive it is a little overwhelming as you are bombarded by time share people. They offer you two hundred dollars in US funds of gift certificates if you attend the time share presentation. We chose to attend and it was... More

Just returned from my first stay at Emerald Bay and ended up buying. The grounds and setting are magnificent and the wildlife, especially the iguanas, are truly an added bonus. However, we were pretty much restricted to the adult pool because of the number of small children at the main pool. This is certainly something we will consider when planning... More

I'm a timeshare owner at Mayan Resorts, and I exchanged a week for this one at Pueblo Bonito. Some parts of the stay were good, but I was totally humiliated by 3 security guards that came up to me at the pool, asking me to dispose of my little fold up plastic cooler. Also, it got to the point where... More

First, let me say like many, resort is beautiful. I am used to staying at all inclusive and getting nickel and dimed constantly gets old. Service is average to below average and few speak English unless you want to discuss time shares!! For someone who does not want to leave the resort location is fine but even after you catch... My family and I have recently returned from another two-week stay at PB. This was our second stay in three years and we weren't disappointed. I won't repeat the comments that others have posted about the lush resort, great architecture, pleasant staff, etc.--I agree with them all. I'd rather add a couple of hopefully useful tips. First, I noticed that... More

This is a real plush Hotel. It offers all the amenities that one could ask for, spa, gym, 3 pools, shuttle service, 2 restaurants, 2 deli's and so on. The conseirge desk is awesome they will call anywhere you ask them and they will help setup and create reservations anywhere you would like. A few things that could be improved... More

We were amazed at the cleanliness, beauty, and accommodations at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay! We were escorted to a spacious and beautiful one bedroom, two bath suite. The views from the living area provided some of the most beautiful sunset photos we've ever taken. The accommodations were lavish, but we couldn't wait to get up to the terrace overlooking the... This was our first trip to Mazatlan and it was remarkable! My husband is from Mexico City and has visited all the hot spots in Mexico but was amazed at the beauty and service at the Pueblo Bonito resort. The rooms were a combination of luxury and practicality I didn't expect. The staff was always helpful. Coming from a bilingual... More
