Emerald Bay is a beautiful resort with friendly staff. Our room was very comfortable and cleaned very thoroughly every day. The Bath and Body Works toiletries were a plus. We stayed at the Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay in February for the first time. We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. The grounds were amazing, the rooms homey, the pool big enough for many, the drinks were great as was the food at the pool and La Cordielierre. My first trip to Mazatlan and staying in 'Nuevo Mazatlan' was just wonderful. Being up north of the city was wonderfully quiet. Resort is beautiful and I can't wait to go back every year! And one of the nicest gyms I've ever worked out in. more

One of the most beautiful resorts we have stayed at.The grounds were just awesome to walk around. The location wasn't the best thank god there was the shuttle bus. It should leave the resort starting at 7 or 8 Am not 10Am. Other then the shuttle ride to and from the golden zone I would recommend the hotel. more

This place is incredible, the grounds are beautiful, wonderful staff. We truly enjoyed everything. There are two pools, the main pool is a huge complex; we spent most of our pool time at the "quiet pool" , much smaller and adults only.
