We have been to Mazatlan several times and this is by far the nicest resort in the area or anywhere we've been. The resort is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. We will go back again and would recommend it to anyone. More

Besides the amenities of a first class resort, this property links well with the charming city of Mazatlan. A quick and free bus ride takes you to and from a sister property in Mazatlan. From there you take a colorful VW taxi ride to wherever you wish to go - restaurants, shopping, sight-seeing, etc. Pueblo Bonito gives you the best... More

I have stayed here for six years. Hotel and grounds are lovely. It is a peaceful place to stay. It is remote but you can take the bus to the other hotel which has a nicer beach and best happy hour to watch the sunset besides the island. You cannot see the sunset at Emerald Bay and the water is... More

Pueblo Bonito is one of my favorite destinations. Security is great! And not to mention the beautiful view of the rooms. It is well maintained and nobody bothers you at the beach. Kids can enjoy the pool and pool bar same as adults for fruit smoothies. There is also an all adult pool and bar. The food at the pool... More

What does a busy, working-class family living in a rural, cold area do to get away from it all? Save up and head to a great resort in Mexico! Our family had an incredible week-long stay at PB Emerald Bay during Christmas. The property was still immaculate and well-kept, the staff friendly and kind, and the pool and beach areas... More

This was our second time in Mazatlan but first time in this hotel. It was an incredible experience. We had a room with a balcony to the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and very tastefully done. The staff is nice. The food was good too. We used the gym and the spa often. The spa... one of the best I... More

It made me very nervous with all the on-site transportation going around the hotel. It was impossible to walk without worrying about one of the golf carts hitting you. Although none did. It still was very uncomfortable. That said the resort is lovely. The staff great. Also, Very Safe! More

All inclusive optional at $75pp/pd adults, $37pp/pd minors with pay for 6, get 7 days. reasonable considering the size and rating of this hotel. we took the all inclusive offer for the first week only. credited more substantial amount... To see my complete review head over to Couple Getaways dot org (take out the spaces, of course!) One of my favorite locations in the world is Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay. This resort, north of Mazatlan, Mexico, is the very picture of serenity and tranquility. It’s set on a 20 acre area, on a nearly private horseshoe-shaped beach. While the... More

We have been a couple of times and the last time we were disappointed. Tried to talk to the management about it but they wouldn't let us speak to a manager so we could get a resolution. very disappointed. Use to be a good place. More
