I went with a gf and we had some disappointments this time but nothing too major. All hotels/ resorts can have disappointments. Most were fixed. The activities at the pool are always fun, the food is good and the employees are very kind and hospitable. My children also love emerald bay more than the other hotels/ resorts we have stayed... Will keep this short and to the point as we found everything to be perfect. Grounds: beautiful, very lush, and well kept Food: excellent, quality way above what I would expect from a resort that offers all inclusive Beach: only part that I would give 4 of 5 stars, not the best for swimming and I had to spend most... Stayed in a villa last week of July. Second time here, first time in a villa... the property is beautiful. The views of the ocean are stunning. Our villa is a 3 bdrm 3 bath house with full kitchen, dining room, and living room, a courtyard entry, a backyard with bbq and pool, overlooking the "driving range". Very comfortable quarters.... We have owned a timeshare here for over 10 years and love the place! Very family oriented and each year something new is added, improvements to spa or restaurants and service is excellent. Recommend for a great family vacation

We are owners at this timeshare resort and absolutely love it. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The beach is private (which is not usually the case in Mexico), no vendors are allowed. The resort has everything you need, a gym, multiple restaurants, poolside service, multiple pools, a nice bar and complimentary shuttle to the Gold Zone. It... More

Vacation days were June 23rd to July 2nd 2014 Upon Arrival at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay, check in at the front desk was almost painless. I had read several reviews before we arrived. Armed with the reviews which were helpful, I proceeded to work the person behind the desk. Before he had time to assign us our room, I had... More

We just came back from a great week vacation at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay with my wife and 5 yr old son, 2 yr old daughter and 6 month old son. Check in was a bit cumbersome because many people arrived at the same time. All in all it was not bad. We opted for the all inclusive package, well... More

This resort is on the north side of town and not anywhere close to the center. But we didn't care. We liked almost everything. We enjoyed great sunset views from our 1bdrm apartment. We also opted to go to a presentation and were awarded the food plan and some other things. The food plan is not necessary, really, definitely not... More
