Staff are very friendly and helpful. Suites are well maintained and clean. Beautiful and well maintained property. As usual, Mexican people are wonderful and polite. Can't say enough about how safe and welcome you feel here. Only stayed two weeks, wish it was much longer.

I took the city tour with Pedro and Eduardo. It was a great tour and guide Eduardo was very knowledgeable on the history of Mazatlan. Eduardo was super funny and it made the tour even better. Pedro was a very good driver and I felt very safe.

We had such an awesome vacation! We are timeshare owners at a villa at Emerald Estates and thoroughly enjoy ourselves everything we go. The service provided by staff is second to none. Claudio, Samuel, Gilberto and Juan in the Bistro and La Cordellier are absolutely the best. They make our time there so much fun and the food is very... More

We spent the first week of December with two other couples. We left our home in November with 58" of snow already on the ground! The property is is beautiful. An Adult only pool, a huge family pool with separate areas for small children. The large pool has two different levels plus an ice hot tub in the middle of... More

We returned from this resort about 1 month ago. I give it 4 out of 5 due to: beautiful grounds, attentive staff, quiet location, amazing food, reliable transportation to the sister hotel nearer the zona dorada, and great housekeeping. I also loved the 3 pools and amazing spa. It is truly one of the nicest places we have stayed. However,... More

This was our first trip to Mazatlan. Very nice resort with fantastic pools and a great spa. All inclusive meal package is expensive, but the food is excellent, and drinks are included for about $800/senior couple. That price also includes a 16% gratuity, although they will tell you that you can add an additional gratuity if you like. The wait... More

This resort is middle of the road. The setting was nice, but too many trees to get a good view of the ocean. Also, it's too far from town -- a 15 minute shuttle bus ride that runs every half hour. However the last bus back to the resort stops at 11:30 PM, so you would have to get a... More

We have been traveling there for 12 years and feel more at home every trip. The hotel, food, gym/spa are wonderful but the most enjoyable times we had were around the pool with the activities team! This young team (Angel) along with the food wait staff kept everyone happy.
