Well, to start we planned a year in advance for this vacation. The first time using our time share. WHAT A JOKE! These salesmen are amazing at what they do, but what they told us and what we got was nothing alike. With our conformation in hand we were told they had given all the rooms away. So they put... more

Hello fellow travelers. We bought a week every other year in a master suite. This is our first year of useage. My wife, and 9 year old son vacationed from April 1st thru the 14th. As a side not, We were told when we bought there would be a Greg Norman Signature Golf Course we could play on with exclusive... more

What a great vacation. I have 2 teenagers, 13 & 15 and we all had a great time at the hotel. We arrived very early at the Hotel, 7am, and they had a room for us ready to use, no additional charge for the early check in. The Master Suite is highly reccommended, big enough for the whole family, just... more

Great place. The grounds are impeccably kept. The pool area is huge and great, especially for families with children. We have a 15-year old and an 8-month old baby and they both loved the pools. Unlike other places we have stayed in Mazatlan, the timeshare sales force is non-intrusive. When we said we weren't interested, they didn't contact us again.... more

We love Mazatlan so much, and a big reason is Pueblo Bonito at Emerald Bay. We've stayed several times and the staff, the feel of it all and the beauty, everything is just wonderful!! If you want a private beach in Mazatlan, this is where to stay. No venders, just complete peace and quiet and two pools and swim up... more

We stayed at Emerald Bay for a week and we loved every minute. They hosted a Mexican Fiesta which was so much fun with wonderful food, drinks and great entertainment. There are several swimming areas and never a shortage of chairs by the pool. Breakfast buffet is great. Mazatlan is very clean and the people friendly. Be sure to rent... more

Six friends, Sei Amici we are called, traveled down to Mazatlan in mid-February from Oregon. We were looking forward to the sun at a beautiful resort and we were not disappointed. From the minute, our shuttle bus turned down the long driveway into Emerald Bay, we were enchanted. As we walked through the doorway into the lobby, we were greeted... more

We were in Pueblo Bonito from Feb 17th thru the 23rd and my in-laws came back on March 1st. We had a group of 10 people staying in a presidential suite (3411). There were 4 children (7,10,11,13) with the parents and grandparents present. This was our third time staying there during the last 4 years. While we had some minor... more

We just returned from a wonderful five days at this resort. We had high expectations based on previous reviews and pictures, and we were not disappointed. After arriving at the airport, we took a colectivo ($9 each) to the resort. Check-in was a breeze--our rooms weren't quite ready so the bell boys collected our bags and held them while we... more

My wife and two children, ages 12 and 8, recently stayed at the Pueblo Bonito, Emerald Bay for about 8 days in February of 2008. This was the second time we stayed at Emerald Bay, and we were as delighted with our vacation and the Emerald Bay as we were the last time. We booked our stay through Expedia and... more
